Experience an outstanding vacation in this unforgettable beach home located in the sought after community of Seacrest Beach. This beautifully appointed 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home is the perfect gathering place for family vacations, reunions and multi-family getaway’s. Big Bamboo offers wonderful amenities such as the use of a fully loaded 4 person golf cart, free wireless internet, free unlimited domestic long distance phone service, wireless fax/printer, Klipsch iGroove iPod Speakers located throughout the home and 8 TV’s and DVD player’s with cable. The house has an outside shower, gas grill and can park up to 5 cars

The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen’s island bar. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and adjacent half bath. The Palm Tree Room is a queen bedroom on this main floor with en-suite bath.

The second floor has a king Master Suite with en-suite bath including a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity and French doors onto a great covered deck with seating for your relaxing morning coffee. Also on this level is the Flamingo Room, a queen bedroom with en-suite bath. A third bedroom, The Surfer Room, has a twin bunk, adjacent bath and access to the covered deck. There is a full sized washer & dryer located on this floor.

The third floor tower has a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Off the tower is a balcony with dining table and chairs with wonderful views of Seacrest Beach & Rosemary Beach.

The carriage house is connected by wraparound decks on the main floor. It has a living room with a double sleeper sofa, TV & DVD player, fully equipped galley kitchen and a separate queen bedroom with en-suite bath. The carriage house offers a private retreat for romantics or teens.

Take a relaxing stroll along palm lined pathways to the enormous 12,000 sq. ft. swimming pool featuring fountains, waterfalls and two bath houses. Meander through this delightful community to the sugar white beach approximately 400 yards away or call for the complimentary “door to beach” and back shuttle service. Located in the Seacrest Beach Community directly between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and almost any activity your heart desires. Explore 30 miles of bike trails up & down Scenic 30A.

  • We celebrated my husband's parents' 50th wedding anniversary with kids and grandkids at Big Bamboo. It was a wonderful week and the house was everything and more than we expected! The teenagers loved their separate quarters and the house perfectly accomodated our family. The anniversary couple were thrilled. The pool is very close and the golf cart made trips to the beach very easy. We would definitely come back to Big Bamboo!

  • My husband and I were married in the South Walton area six years ago and have been vacationing there ever since. This past June we included our college-aged children, their friends, grandparents and cousins. We had a great time at Big Bamboo and I must admit that the golf cart was the hit of the week. We will definitely refer other people to your home and we will visit again when we have a large group.

  • What a fun place to stay on vacation! The owners put such detail into every room. It was fun checking out all the different levels and the great view. You couldn't ask for a better pool and outside activies. Even on a rainy day our time at the "Big Bamboo" was truly enjoyable. Our home away from home.

  • We had a really enjoyable time staying at Big Bamboo in early June to kick-off our summer. We were vacationing with another family and the house accomodated us all well - plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. The house is easy walking distance to the pool (for kids too) and the neighborhood tram service made the trip to the beach easy too. We hope to visit the Big Bamboo again soon!

  • We had a wonderful time in your lovely home. It was perfect for our growing family and the carriage house was wonderful for a guys get away. They needed some space from the little ones. Everything was so convenient for our week stay of enjoying the beach and the wonderful pool. The house was decorated so nicely and loved the large dining table which was great for meals for the entire family and lots of fun for our games at night. I would also like to say that I have rented in Rosemary Beach last year and it ended up being a nighmare. Renting with you guys was so easy and I appreacate you trustin me with your lovely home and hope to see you again next year if we can manage to get us all together again.

  • We have just returned home from a 5 day stay at your beautiful home at Seacrest Beach. We rented for our family and our son's groomen to stay in for our son's wedding. The carriage house was just perfect for the guys to get away and have their own space. My daughter really enjoyed the flamingo room, great for a teenage girl. The kids wished it had been warm enough to go to the great pool.

  • We stayed at Big Bamboo from 07/05/08 till 07/12/08. The house is really nice. We had a large family get together. The only negative thing I would say would be they need to have the couch cleaned. We truely had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at Big Bamboo!! We would recommend this house to anyone.
