This brand new oceanfront home was designed and decorated beautifully with an attention to detail and special touches that will make this your home away from home.
Comfortable bedding, sumptuous pillows and furnishings, travertine marble floors, and a beautifully appointed kitchen with granite and stainless steel high end appliances will make it very hard to leave and go home. Outdoor seating abounds on the two outdoor decks overlooking the ocean, with the upstairs balcony off of the master featuring an outdoor daybed for lazy afternoons out of the sun.
The private pool is beautifully landscaped with fabulous views of both the ocean and the lagoon from the pool deck. There is a separate beverage refrigerator on the pool level as well as a grill for your outdoor dining enjoyment.
The Tower Room on the third floor offers 360 degree views of the water and can also sleep three. A great area for teens or young adults to hang out.
No Smoking, No Pets please. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve the house and recieve a key.

Why the Owner Chose Homes, Single Family
We love Gulf Shores because we can get there from the Atlanta area in about 6 hours, the same amount of time it used to take us to get to the Destin area, however, this drive is much easier because it is mostly interstate travel.
Although Gulf Shores has grown and offers so much, we still love the small town feel and family atmosphere. It's great for couples and families and there is something for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When we are at the Beach Mouse, we enjoy being directly on the beach and having a private pool.
We are only five minutes from grocery stores, video stores, fresh seafood, and all the other great shopping and restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer. We recently discovered the city park which has a fabulous tennis area, including covered five covered clay courts. And of course we can golf or hit the amusements with our children, all are very close.

We live in Fairmount Georgia which is approximately 45 minutes northwest of Atlanta, and built our home in Gulf Shores two years ago and it was completed in December 2007.

We just wanted to say "Thank You" for a wonderful vacation experience! We enjoyed your beautiful, comfortable home - it was even better than the listing pictures describe. The property has been very well-maintained - all the comforts of home with a very elegant, yet livable decor. I never felt I had to follow around after my children and remind them not to touch - yet nothing was compromised - it was luxury at its best! Being right on the beach was fantastic! The heated outdoor shower was so convenient for rinsing off little ones, and the water hose made it easy to rinse off chairs, toys, etc. The path to the beach was a very easy walk, and the beach itself was beautiful! We enjoyed the beach in the mornings and the private pool in the afternoons. Needless to say, we all slept well at night! Your well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast and lunch at the house, and the convenient location made it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants at night. We particularly enjoyed "The Hangout." Lots of fun! We also took one afternoon off from the sun and drove into Foley for some shopping - very easy drive and a lot of great deals! We were looking for a very relaxing vacation along with a little luxury - we found it at The Beach Mouse! Excellent accommodations, beach-front, private pool - what more could you ask for?! Thanks for the great week! We made a lot of fun memories! We would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time!! We had plenty of room for everyone and being right on the beach was amazing. My twins got sick on our third day there but we still enjoyed our stay. The heated outside shower was great for the little ones. Everything was clean and cozy. Kaiser Realty made check in and out very easy and accommodating. Thank you so much!!!
