(nearest to Austin) The home boasts 3500 square feet two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, small living area with possibilities of additional sleeping accommodations. There is also a great room, dining area and chef's kitchen for entertaining and special events. There are breathtaking views from the fountain area, decks and almost every room in the house has lake views. There is lake access with a landing for relaxing with table and chairs. Boat launching is one mile either side of us. The interior decor is adorned with stone tile throughout, stained glass and a modern kitchen with all the amenities for entertaining. Stone gas fireplace. Beautiful light jacuzzi and open marble showers. Surround sound, flat screen TV's and internet connection. Great for Corporate gatherings. Best location on Lake Travis.
