Beautifully decorated, two bedroom, two bath condo in the Essex.
This condo has is loaded with all amenities of home and from the front door to the beach front. It's less than a five minute walk and that's carrying the beach chairs. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom, and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper.
This Non-Smoking unit comes complete with all the beach chairs, beach cooler, beach radio, beach towels, and lots of beach toys. If you don't feel like walking to the beach you are only a ten second walk to the pool. The unit has three TVs/VCRs/DVD players, CD stereo system, full-size washer and dryer, and much much more!
You are only a seven minute walk to restaurants, beach stores, and the Marco Island movie theaters. I offer the lowest rates around for the simple fact I want to keep my unit booked and not sit idle. I would much rather share the beauty of Marco Island than let the unit sit empty.
