- A newly furnished and redecorated house with two bedrooms, screened in sleeping porch (summer), and other areas that can be used to accommodate guests.
- A loft studio located right on the beach. The loft can easily sleep two and has a kitchen and bathroom. The studio opens up on to a large octagonal deck that is also on the beach - please look at picture!

- Location: The location provides easy access to Southampton and points east as well as the wine country on the north fork.
