Enjoy the 806 acre all sport lake or just relax under the shade trees and enjoy the peace and quiet. Picnic table, Two patio tables and chairs, lounge chairs, new gas propane tank grill, and barbecue grills provided as well as barbecue utensils. There is also an outdoor fire-pit. Enjoy swimming, boating, jet skiing, sailing, etc...
Home is fully furnished. All new - Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, water softener, and a fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils and refrigerator. Pontoon boat, speed boat, and jet ski rental available on the lake. No smoking allowed. Weekly rental is $775.00. Rental begins on a Saturday and goes until the next Saturday. Renters must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license. A $400 security deposit is required. Price is subject to change until confirmed. Cleaning charges additional if needed. Yearly rental is available.

There are also some assorted life jackets. Pontoon boat, speed boat, and jet ski rental available on the lake.
