The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Home
The unique benefits of this particular property besides being on the ocean is that it was built by me and is uniquely situated on a point lot where the Atlantic Ocean & The Atlantic City Inlet meet. I designed the home so that each room has a view of the water. Most oceanfront homes have no view after dark, but this home lights up with spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic City Skyline which is absolutely breathtaking! And this skyline just keeps getting better and better with the construction of several mega casinos that are in the early stages of being built. When you look out directly onto the ocean you can see miles and miles of beautiful dunes. This is the perfect place to be in a storm as well. The waves can rise 15 feet high and break on the jettys that separate the ocean from the Inlet. The house is built well above sea level but to see a Nor'Eastr from here is something! The sunrises over the ocean and sets over the Inlet and the Brigantine Bridge which you can see from numerous decks and the glass elevator. I selected this spot for all of these reasons and then built this state-of-the-art home for vacationers and for that special person who wants a dream home on the ocean. I take pride in the work I do and in making my customers happy with their experience.
