Beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bath vacation condo in "Sunny Kihei". Within a very short walk to some of the best beaches, water & land sports, restaurants, shopping, mini-marts, deli's and gift shops.
This is a newly upgraded unit with a king bed (or converts to 2 twins) in the bedroom and a queen convertible sofa in the living room. Condo sleeps 2 to 4 people. Ocean view from the lanai of Kama'ole 1 beach, which is a very short walk from the condo (1/2 block).
This condo has many amenities which include air-conditioning/ ceiling fans, DSL,Cable TV-DVD-CD, answer machine, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and linens provided. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/icemaker, coffee maker, blender. Also included are sand chairs, beach bags, sun umbrellas, beach mats, beach towels and ice chest. The Ali'i Kai complex has an elevator, trash shoot, tennis courts, swimming pool and spa. Championship golf courses are within a short drive.

Jan 27 - Feb 10, 2006: Lovely condo. Very quiet. This unit has an owner who cares about it. Well furnished and equipped, clean. Great to have beach furniture supplied. Very large shower in unit, no bathtub. So close to the best swimming beach,i.e. Kamaole#1 in Kihei. Stores, restaurants, health food store, take-outs etc. 5 mins walk. Sunsets exceptional. Wonderful holiday.

Everything was fairly good. The place was clean and the view was just like the picture. The bed wasn't very comfortable but we fixed it with a foamy to put on top. Otherwise everything was great! Thanks again
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

This condo matched our needs and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very spacious with a large lanai overlooking the ocean, a half block back from the wonderful Kam I beach. No road noise. Very well equpipped. A huge bed in quiet rear bedroom. Ice maker and full kitchen equipment but no spices, sugar etc. A full range of beach equipment was much appreciated. A great system of fans so we hardly ever had to use the air conditioner. No housekeeping but washer, dryer, iron, and vacuum. A great place for a fun vacation in walking distance to shops and restaurants on the bus line. We did not rent a car for the first week. We much prefer South Maui to West Maui and the high rent resorts.
