This is the most wonderful location for a property that is not considered "ski in/ ski out"!! And, it's a ground level entry unit, so no carrying skis and ski gear up and down stairs.
Not only is it a newly renovated, beautiful town home, but it is 30 steps from the FREE Town of Vail bus which gets you to the slopes in minutes as this town home is less than a mile from the slopes. The "green or red" bus route takes you into both Lionshead and Vail Village for skiing, shopping, eating or whatever you fancy. Bus also goes all over the Vail Valley and is always FREE! Absolutely no reason to rent a car!
The location of this town home is walking distance to the only West Vail shopping and restaurant area there is. Across the street there is a staircase nestled into the hill going down to the 2 grocery stores, Starbucks, Ski Shop, restaurants, bars and more. There is also a hotel 200 yards from your vacation home if you have other visitors that want to stay nearby.
The view from your living room window and master bedroom is spectacular. You will wake up and go to sleep partaking in gorgeous, unobstructed views of snowy Vail mountain in the Winter and Spring, and beautiful lush green Vail mountain in the Summer.
The master has a log king bed with ample closet space. The second bedroom is equipped with rustic wood bunk beds that have a trundle under the bottom bunk as well as a matching captain's bed with 4 under bed drawers allowing four to sleep in beds in this room.

My husband and I stayed here the last weekend in August. The location was great and made it easy to get between Lionshead, Vail Village and Beaver Creek. The condo is very nice and comfortable and the owner provided some wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities. Also nice to have a grocery store and Starbucks (inside Safeway) within walking distance. We hope to return!

The condo was great. Very cozy, clean and well-appointed. So close to the grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, etc. that we didn't have to drive at all once we arrived at the condo. Will definitely think about staying here again the next time I'm in Vail.

This a great condo in a great location! We stayed in January 09 and absolutely loved the place. It is comfortable, roomy, and well furnished with alot of upgrades. Located just across the street from the bus stop that will take you anywhere in town you need to go in just minutes and across the street from grocery stores and restraunts. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be coming back next year! Greg Jones Atlanta GA

We had a very enjoyable time. very comfortable and extremely well located which made things so much easier. All the shopping we needed was right accross the street and did not need a car during our stay. Would look forward to staying again.

Our stay at the townhome was great! There was a warm, accepting feeling as soon as we walked in! It is very modern, with an adorable kitchen, and there is more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable( believe me...there was six of us). The owners of the townhome are great. They gave us tips on what to do and where to go for fun. Overall, a great experience and cant wait to go back! Something to note however, the bus is not always on time...and comes only once every 40 minutes. So make sure you give yourself enough time to get from place to place.
Owner response:The bus in Vail comes less frequently in the summer time which is when this family visited. In the winter it comes roughly every 20 minutes.

I stayed at this property in the month of July and it was absolutely beautiful! The property is immaculate and updated. The furnishings are comfortable and allowed for a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect, just across the street from the bus stop and a block from dining and shopping. I would love to stay at this property again!
