Lakeview Estates 1150 sq ft. 2 story condo located in picturesque Pagosa Springs. Breathtaking views of the various lakes and the San Juan Mountains. Situated only minutes from the Pagosa Lakes golf course, my condo features luxurious amenities throughout. Enjoy the privacy of two bedrooms with queen beds in each. The master bedroom also includes an overstuffed chair & ottoman that can accommodate a 7th guest. Both bedrooms and one full bath are located on the first floor. Washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside the two bedrooms.
Immediately upstairs is a large living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and dining room area all overlooking the San Juan Mountains and the enormous Village Lake. Enjoy a glass of wine while sitting on the deck taking in all the beauty that Pagosa Springs has to offer.
The dining room table seats 8, and there is a breakfast bar adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A wood burning fireplace provides the ambiance for a skier’s paradise. The second full bath is located upstairs as well. Just outside the kitchen is a patio with a charcoal Bar B Q grill. The kitchen has a Brand new Dishwasher, Microwave oven Glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker and designer wine chiller built into the kitchen cabinets. There and more than enough kitchen essentials to make your stay seem as if you were in your own home.
Exceptionally clean with 3 cable televisions, DVD, VCR, CD and IPOD stereo, Super Nintendo Game system with games, books and much more.
30 minutes from the Wolf Creek Ski Area, 10 minutes to the Hot Springs, 1 hour to Durango. Golfing, Hiking, Hunting, Fishing and more are all within minutes from the front door.
