  This was my second stay, and every bit as enjoyable as the first. Great, quiet location, nice lake and mountain views, very comprehensively equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for a family vacation. I strongly recommend it.

  This condo was great. The picture is pretty accurate too, we did see some Hot Air Balloons! Inside, it was comfortable, homey and supplied with enough kitchen equipment for our small group. We skied every day and it was more than enough for a base camp to come back to relax and recover.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this town home. It was clean and very comfortable. The views of the lake and mountain range were great.

  We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday at this great condo. The condo is set up with everything you could need. The location offers beautiful views and provides easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, downtown, etc.

  We had a two month stay in this condo and it was a great home base for our Colorado adventures. There were plenty of linens and dishes. I cook alot and the kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances are nice. We enjoyed the Colorado produce. There are good restaurants close by too. We went to the County fair and rodeo,the hot springs, played golf, went to the Liberty Theatre, hiked, fished, went up in the hot air balloon, and sat on the deck and enjoyed the view and weather..Our dog loved the long walks in the neighborhood and we met some friendly dogs walking their people. Pagosa Springs is a quaint little town and there is alot to do. It also isn't too far to go to Durango or up to Creede Repertory Theatre. The owner was available for any issues, but we really didn't have any! Thank you for making our first post-retirement trip such a success.

  We found the Pagosa Springs area to be exactly the type of get-away from the AZ Summer heat we wanted. We stayed for the full month of July 2012 with moderate daily temperatures and cool nights. Afternoon thunderstorms cooled the day off. The lake across the street with boat access was perfect for some leisurely Kayaking. Plenty of areas to go biking (casual ride or mountain). Lots of hiking areas and beautiful scenery all around. The condo is conveniently situated near restaurants and stores. The town of Pagosa has several restaurants (Kips and Alleys are standouts) some others did not fare so well. The hot springs are definitely worth checking out. The condo itself had everything we needed and the fact it allowed dogs was a major factor in our selection. A minor mix-up regarding our arrival time meant it was not fully cleaned upon our arrival - but this was taken care of the next morning. Steve was very accommodating and I would recommend this property to others.

  Great condo in a super location! Perfect for families. Quiet, close to everything! Best stocked condo we have ever stayed in! Made our vacation great!

  Nice two level condo with northern mountain views from the upper level windows. Condo was nicely appointed and fully complimented with most everything a traveler needs. Window air conditioner was noisey and fixed windows on east side of condo caused an afternoon heat buildup and shutting of the blinds and views (Our stay was during a hot spell.). Overall the condo was nicely cleaned and prepped for our arrival. The condo owner was very nice and promptly refunded our rental deposit at the end of our stay and was most courteous by phone and by email. The complimentary wine was a very nice touch. We would stay again and enjoyed our tme there. Many thanks!

  This condo is particularly well appointed, with all amenities, furniture and an abundance of kitchen gadgets and ustensils - no need to bring anything. Spacious and eminently suitable for a family (2 BDR, 2 full baths). The location in extremely green residential area near a lake is VERY quiet and relaxing, yet less than a mile away from main highway, with shopping strip and large grocery supermarket, restaurants, etc... It's in a more recently built outskirt of town, away from the crowd and "tourist trap" look of the old town. Good value and ideal base for exploring Southern Colorado. Overwhelming choice of hiking/biking/riding trails nearby.
