My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Steve's condo. It is in great condition, conveniently located to the grocery store, Wolf Creek, downtown, etc. It was nice and quiet and didn't disappoint!

An excellent destination for our family of four and our dear friend neighbors (also a family of four). The condo was very well equiped and decorated with a nice vacation cabin feel. Pagosa is a great town to visit with lots to do and Wolf Creek was right down (or UP) the road. Our host was extremely helpful and reachable during every aspect of our getaway. A great time was had by all....

My family just returned and had a great time. The condo was beautiful and very well decorated, just as described. It was clean as a pin and had all the amenities of home...even more so. The owner was prompt in answering any questions about the condo and the area and helpful with any problems we had. The skiing at Wolf Creek was great and we even drove over to Durango for a day. Beautiful place, excellent rental. Thank you!

We loved staying at this condo. It was beautifully updated and had all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, and appliances that we needed. Having stayed at other condos in the past, I know how frustrating it can be to try to cook meals for the family when the kitchen is sparsely equipped. The condo was very homey. Steve allowed us access to his movies and board games etc. This made it especially easy to relax and spend some good family time. The condo is centrally located and is set in a nice neighborhood for bike riding, etc. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

What a wonderful home for the weekend. Steve's home had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. It had a beautiful view of the distant mountains and the lake right across the street. It was very easy to get to and conveniently located to City Market and several great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again ourselves.

We had a great time Memorial Day weekend. The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). It was very clean and nicely decorated with all the conveniences of home. The kids enjoyed the lake across the street (although the fish weren't too hungry). We were only 5 minutes away from downtown, which was really convenient for a night at the Springs. Thanks for the great weekend!

Thanks Steve for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful condo again this year. Last time it was fishing, this time Wolf Creek. It was once again extremely clean, and the game system and DVD's once again kept my kids plenty busy at night. Loved walking around the frozen lake, and the Hot Springs were fantastic après ski. Looking forward to another holiday with you again next year.

Thank you so much for being flexible and working with me last minute. My family had a great time and although it was alittle cold for Colorado the skiing was great. Plus we were close to the Pagosa Brewery.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. Everything we needed was readily available - close, but not too close, to the market, restaurants, and hot springs. The fireplace was great! (we recommend getting wood from the guy who parks his truck near the Pagosa Brew Pub - very nice and helpful. Oh, and pizza at the Buffalo Inn was fantastic). Unfortunately, the weather did not permit the view that others commented was fantastic - hopefully next time! Thanks, Steve, for a great place to stay.

The condo was absolutely perfect in everyway! Clean, Nice Furnishings, Exceptional Location, Stunning Views, and Priced Great! Family and I enjoyed our stay in Pagosa. The weather was fantastic! We love it so much here, we are planning to purchase our own vacation home in paradise soon! The rental process through VRBO was easy and efficient! We will definitely be back again soon and would stay here again! Thanks for letting us use your Condo in Paradise!

This condo was exactly as described on VRBO. It was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. It was close enough to town so we could get groceries and grab a bite to eat. It was also a close drive to the ski area, hikes and springs. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely rent this condo again.

It was just like bringing my home with me to Pagosa Springs. The condo was so well equipped, we didn't need to leave the house for anything, not even a bottle of wine. This vacation would not have been nearly as good if we were to have stayed in a hotel/motel. I was looking for peace and quite, and the serene location of Steve's condo delivered. Lakefront views, hot air ballons and the BEST hot springs made the trip worthwhile. We will be going back to Steve's condo everytime we visit the West. I wish it were mine. Cudos to Steve and his staff!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. It was very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. The view from the living area was especially nice for morning coffee. My husband and son did some fishing and the girls drove to Durango for shopping. We hope to go back again.

Steve, Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your Pagosa Springs Vacation condo. We found it to be more of a home than a mere rental. It was spotless, and ready when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, and my kids really loved playing the video game system. They lake and mountain views were better than your photos, and I caught fish in the lake across the street every day. The Pagosa Springs Golf Course was minutes away as you said, and it was well worth the admission for a round. We are planning to return for ski season and experience Wolf Creek. This is a great, newly remodeled condo. It is within walking to many great restaurants and shops (including the grocery store). The lakes are right in front as well the fantastic views of the mountains. Would certainly stay here again. Nice quiet spot too. (no city or traffic noise)

This was very nice space for 2 adults and three teens intent on skiing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and a 30-40" drive to Wolf Creek depending on road conditions. Hot Springs are a plus after a long day of skiing. Beats Summit County during the busy vacation weeks as there are NO LINES at Wolf Creek.

We had a great time skiing. The condo was clean and it was had everthing we needed. Grocery store was right around the corner as were several places to eat. Close to the hot springs. Great place!
