This outstanding penthouse located in the beautiful Caribbean paradise of Playa Del Carmen features abundant indoor and outdoor living areas. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with private bath and a huge private patio area that leads up to a fabulous panoramic ocean view rooftop terrace. Two bedrooms include two twin beds that can be made up into King beds, each with their own bath and one with an additional futon. The other bedroom has a King bed with a private bath.
There are only 11 units in this building so it is very tranquil and the pool area is lovely. The location can not be beat. You are one block to the world famous Mamitas Beach, and 1 block to 5th avenue with the best restaurants and shopping. Water sports and activities abound so you will never be at a loss for things to do.
This is a place you will want to return to again and again.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What I like the best is all the space. With eight people there you do not feel like you are on top of each other. The outdoor living area is incomparable. Beautiful terraces on all three levels, all with ocean views. Also, the location in the heart of Playa Del Carmen but still quiet.

For the last ten years Playa Del Carmen has been the place I returned to for a relaxing and wonderful vacatiion. I have over 20 years property management experience and 20 years in Real Estate in the USA. In the five years I looked at properties in Playa Del Carmen this was the one penthouse I could not live without. It has the most space by far of any I have seen and immense outdoor living area as well, with oceanviews.
