This brand new 2008 Cabin is loaded with fun and views! -located in the Coosawattee River Resort and is right next to one of the pools in the area. You can grill on the porch and watch the loved ones swimming. The cabin includes two large bedrooms with king size beds for comfort, a spacious loft area for two to sleep play area with pool table, air hockey and games, games, games, plus quiet sitting,reading area to relax in. This cabin accomodates 10 and is done with comfort in mind. The living room is spacious with a wonderful fireplace for the cool nights and has a big screen t.v. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and pots and pans,and aside from the 6 person dining area there is a 4 person breakfast nook for the early risers! Plenty of TVs and games , books ETC..in this cabin. The Coosawattee River Resort encompasses over 8,500 acres with the Coosawattee River and Mountain Town Creek flowing through the property as well as many smaller creeks and branches. It is located just a few miles outside of Ellijay in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, only a short drive from Atlanta, GA, Chattanooga, TN and Murphy, NC. There are over 300 miles of roads in the resort, with four controlled entry gates. The resort has 5 parks for picnicking, rafting, canoeing, fishing, or simply relaxing; and 3 pool/recreation areas (2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool that is open year round) with volleyball courts, tennis courts, miniature golf, exercise/workout facility, and game rooms. There is also a stocked fishing pond, and walking and hiking trails. You will also find wildlife of all descriptions - deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, bears, eagles, hawks and more.

The resort has a Rec Center that houses its heated indoor swimming pool, a game room (with pool tables, ping pong table, and an air hockey machine), a weight room, a miniature 18-hole golf course, and tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. During Spring, Fall and Winter, Bingo Nights are held on Thursday evenings. The resort’s Water Tower Conference Center is a perfect location for weddings, receptions, showers, parties, reunions and gatherings for groups of 10 to 100. |
