Hilltop Lodge sits majestically on a knoll overlooking Mirror Lake and offers some of the most panoramic views in Lake Placid. Any season you will enjoy the view of the High Peaks, Mirror Lake and the Luge and Bob Sled run in the distance. Whether you are in the Kitchen, Living Room, Reading Room and/or Bedrooms, the views are spectacular!! Hilltop Lodge is located within the prestigious Signal Hill area and is within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants, shopping and fun activities Lake Placid has to offer.
This spacious and elegant home has been totally renovated and is the perfect place for your next vacation or family gathering. It features a large and spacious Kitchen with island and separate seating area, and a screened porch for extra seating. The Living Room is large and comfortable and has a Wood-burning Fireplace and 37" HD TV. Adjacent to the Living Room there are 2 other rooms - The Den has a sleeper sofa that closes off to make that an "extra" sleeping area. The Reading Room features a couch and game table, as well as french doors leading out to a spacious yard.. All of these rooms have wonderful views and make for a retreat that is comfortable and beautiful!
The second floor boasts a grand Master bedroom with King size bed, fireplace, sitting area with dazzling view and its own private bath.
There are two other bedrooms on the second floor along with a shared full bath. One room has 1 Queen size bed with amazing views and the other has 2 Queen size beds. Both of these rooms are very spacious.
The third floor has two bedrooms along with another bathroom ont the third floor. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds and the other bedroom has 2 sets of of bunk beds. One of the bunk beds features a trundle for extra sleeping.
On the lower level, your family and guests will enjoy the Recreation Room complete with a Ping-Pong table and TV. It's also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
As an added treat, enjoy the Hot Tub nestled under the trees on the deck or just grab a book and enjoy the view and tranquility in our spacious yard. There is also plenty of parking at Hilltop Lodge.
