Casa Blanca - A lovely detached house on three floors, located in the high part of Carlazzo in a sunny, quiet position, just 2km from Lake Lugano and the town of Porlezza and 10km from Lake Como. It is also close to the naturally created Lake Piano, a recommended area for walking and cycling. The property comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, (+ extra shower downstairs in the laundry room), large kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a sunny, leafy private garden that surrounds the house. Very comfortable and ideal for people who love peace and quiet.


The nature reserve of Lake Piano Regional Park lies between Lake Lugano and Lake Como. Casa Blanca is an ideal base to explore the northern lake district of Italy with its famous villas and its magnificent botanical gardens, such as Villa Carlotta or Villa Balbianello. The small town of Porlezza, on lake Lugano, with its historical centre is only 3 km away. Lugano in Swizzerland is 18 km away. Menaggio on Lake Como about 8 km and the city of Como with its stylish shops about 40 km. Exit motorway at Lugano South and follow the signs to Gandria/San Moritz-Porlezza-Menaggio.
