Why the Owner Chose Ojochal
We are from the Midwest so winters here are brutal. We bought our lot in 1998 when we vacationed in south Costa Rica, the house was built in 2001. We love spending some winter time down in the warm sunshine. Our house is private, we love hearing and seeing the birds and wildlife. We have many beaches close by. It's just a paradise.
