This elegant Italian Villa is located in gated Lake Las Vegas high atop Lake Las Vegas’ North shore. This villa is practically new, with a corner location offering privacy. The villa has incredible panoramic views of a cascading hillside waterfall, lake, mountains, and palm trees.
The living room has a flat screen television with DVD player, elegant fireplace, and comfortable seating for six. The dining area seats four, plus two at the breakfast bar. The living room and dining area have incredible views of the waterfall, lake, and mountains.
The master suite has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, flat screen television, and a private patio with ceiling fan. The swimming pool is a few feet from the patio. The patio has a view and relaxing sounds of the waterfall. The master bedroom has double sinks, grotto shower and Jacuzzi bathtub.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds with a flat screen television and DVD player. This bedroom has a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The bathroom for this room has a stall shower.
The living room can be used as an additional sleeping area, with the couch letting out to a queen size bed.
The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Both the counter tops and large sized island have granite tops.
There is a large, private, brick patio off the dining area, with a glass topped table and comfortable cushioned chairs seating four. There are two benches seating three each. This patio has a sweeping view of the waterfall, lake, mountains, and overlooks the golf course .
The laundry area is closed off with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The one car garage is attached. There is additional parking in the community parking area.
