Welcome to our summer home. You will enjoy our 2 bedroom second floor condo that overlooks Cape Cod Bay and the sand dunes of the National Seashore. You will be steps from our private beach which has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point which is 1 mile from P'town and 2 1/2 miles from the center of town. We are minutes from 3 National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in P'town. We are located in an association that contains 40 Condominiums, many of which are for rent, so if you are planning a group gathering we can accommodate many families or couples on premises.

Our home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for your convenience. Our kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you might need. We have on-site coin operated washer and dryers for your use. Our location is such that we are very kid friendly, we are located away from route 6A and our beach is very safe. Low tide offers a very wide expanse of beach which offers children the opportunity to explore tidal pools for seashells and sea life. You hardly ever have to worry about rip tides or undertow.

Our association as many return rentals. Once people discover our little hideaway they return year after year, and many bring their friends and family. Children return as adults and bring their children and later their grand children. Renters also become owners as we did. We have been coming here for 25 years and have owned and rented our condo for 13 years. We hope that you will also experience our little hideaway.

  • We had a wonderful stay at your condo and a wonderful time at the Cape. This was right across the border from North Truro and was quieter than the busy P-Town. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and get a good nights sleep. There was a coin laundry and the location, right on the beach made for great morning walks to see the sunrise. We had a great time hiking at the National Seashore, and visiting family we never get to see.

  • This was our 1st family vacation at the Cape. I wanted to go to the Outer Banks of NC but the family wanted the Cape. Well, I was wrong, this area of the Cape is better than NC. The Outer Cape is not the crazy packed tourist area of the Cape I vacationed as a child. This vacation was great. The beach was relaxing, not crowded and less than 100 yard walk away. The beach was great for young kids, on the bay side. It is a close drive or bike ride to the tourist areas of P-Town. We enjoyed bike riding in the national park, seeing seals on the Ocean side, touring the vineyards, and tourist attractions when we wanted. There are many great restaurants in the area. The Condo was clean, well decorated and we felt like welcome guests.

  • Long time renters at this unit. Always in impeccable condition and there are usually new updates to look forward to. Location is awesome...bike-able to town with a great beach for swimming, hiking, kayaking or lounging. Too many conveniences to mention. I've lived at 4 different addresses in P'town. Oceanside is the best in terms of location combined with amenities.

  • This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Ptown. Great deck for early morning sunrises & late night cooling down...close to the fun & noise of Commercial Street, but far enough away for quiet time in our own comfortable space...best part was the nearby beach, with low tide kite flying & treasure searching. Highly recommend this rental!

  • We & our two children had a lovely week in this comfortable, very clean yet relaxed & relaxing space. Backing onto the beach the children were able to venture a little independently. On the shuttle bus route to Provincetown so all the more options for a relaxed holiday. Friendly, thoughtful, accessible owners, every amenity we could possibly need, - and to our good fortune we also overlapped with the Provincetown carnival. Warmest thanks.

  • We had a wonderful time at the condominium which was indeed, exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was very clean, neat, safe and comfortable for our family of 4. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and needs. Best of all, it is very convenient to the city, bike paths and beaches in Provincetown, as well as all beaches in Truro. I highly recommend it!

  • We have been staying at Oceanside for 19 years... it's a wonderful vacation spot. This unit is VERY well maintained and tastefully decorated as the description indicates. The location is ideal... we enjoy walks into town, kayaking in the bay or in the local lakes and ponds, bike riding on the miles of trails, swimming in the 'invigoratingly cold' ocean waters and incredible fresh seafood from the local restaurants...
