A great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. It was clean and well maintained, and had everything you would need for a great stay. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Having meals out on the deck was a great experience.The other condo owners made us feel welcome, it was a really nice community. It was the perfect place for a nice quiet and tranquil vacation. The town was five minutes away for shopping, dining out and entertainment. We have been going to the cape for many years and this was one of the best experiences we have had. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely vacation rental

We had a wonderful vacation at this charming property. For us, the location close to Ptown but not right in the heart of things was perfect -- we could go into town if we needed to do so, or we could just hang out at the condo complex's private beach.

We loved our stay that this well-appointed P-Town condo. Nice view of the beach from the deck and about a 2 minute walk through the dunes to get to the water. This was our first full week vacation with our infant and the home-like feel of the condo was appreciated (especially on the rainy days when we could not be out-and-about). Downtown P-Town is just minutes away as well as beautiful Race Point Beach. It was easy to access the main highway and get just about anywhere on the cape with relative ease. Highly Recommended.

We just spent two glorious weeks at your condo. The location is just fabulous being on a private beach on the bay side of the cape, and within short bike ride of P-Town and Bike trails. When we were not out enjoying the Cape we were on the deck looking at the ocean or in the very comfortable condo. Everything was as advertised and more!!

We loved this rental. It was convenient (take the shuttle bus to town or bike everywhere), clean and very well appointed. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed having everything we needed - as well as the grill and outdoor eating area. The beach is only a short walk over the dunes and was great for the kids - warm water and little to no waves. The neighbors are very friendly and the location is quiet yet close to all the action in P-Town if you want. We biked from the front door and were close to everything that the cape has to offer. Lovely condo. Thanks again! We will recommend...

We had a wonderful stay at your condo and a wonderful time at the Cape. This was right across the border from North Truro and was quieter than the busy P-Town. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and get a good nights sleep. There was a coin laundry and the location, right on the beach made for great morning walks to see the sunrise. We had a great time hiking at the National Seashore, and visiting family we never get to see.

This was our 1st family vacation at the Cape. I wanted to go to the Outer Banks of NC but the family wanted the Cape. Well, I was wrong, this area of the Cape is better than NC. The Outer Cape is not the crazy packed tourist area of the Cape I vacationed as a child. This vacation was great. The beach was relaxing, not crowded and less than 100 yard walk away. The beach was great for young kids, on the bay side. It is a close drive or bike ride to the tourist areas of P-Town. We enjoyed bike riding in the national park, seeing seals on the Ocean side, touring the vineyards, and tourist attractions when we wanted. There are many great restaurants in the area. The Condo was clean, well decorated and we felt like welcome guests.

8/29/09.First stay on the Cape. Delightful condo, so close to the beach. Easy access into town. My son was able to catch the ferry from Boston and join in the relaxation.

Long time renters at this unit. Always in impeccable condition and there are usually new updates to look forward to. Location is awesome...bike-able to town with a great beach for swimming, hiking, kayaking or lounging. Too many conveniences to mention. I've lived at 4 different addresses in P'town. Oceanside is the best in terms of location combined with amenities.

This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Ptown. Great deck for early morning sunrises & late night cooling down...close to the fun & noise of Commercial Street, but far enough away for quiet time in our own comfortable space...best part was the nearby beach, with low tide kite flying & treasure searching. Highly recommend this rental!
