Beautiful quinta in Coatepeque Lake. This quinta has a garage for up to four small to medium cars. It has two good-size bedrooms facing the beautiful view of the lake right through the sliding French windows. Or you can step out to the balcony and enjoy a pretty sunrise/sundown.
One bedroom has its own 3/4 (it has a shower) bathroom, which can be shared with the other bedroom from the outside balcony. The kitchen and living room with the additional bathroom (another shower) can be reached through the stairs inside the garage or the stairs outside the balcony. This kitchen/living room area faces the beautiful unobstructed view of the lake through a series of three sets of French windows. Right outside of this area there is a patio area for your enjoyment.
Leading down the stairs and to the lake there is a covered dock with two more rooms. one of them can easily be converted into a bar or a food preparation area (there is a refrigerator). The other could be used for more sleeping area. There is a boat available for an additional charge and a jet ski for rental also.
