Its cold up north, but the temps are moderate in Myrtle Beach! You will love this 2 bed / 2 bath first floor condo on Shore Drive, with the Beach and public access just footsteps across the street! The Shore Drive area is loaded with activities; plenty of shopping, golf, restaurants, shows, the Apache Fishing Pier, and much more! We are also within walking distance to the famous Ocean Annie's bar. The Straw Market is just across the street where you find a general store, ABC store, Pizza Restaurant, shops, and "Flip Flops" bar & grill. For your beach fun, we have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach mats for you to use during your stay!
We're within minutes of Barefoot Landing, 2 Shopping Malls, the Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre, and much more!
The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and private bath. The Guest Bedroom now has flexible sleep arrangements with a day bed and a twin bed to sleep two, or, you can pop up the trundle bed located under the day bed and sleep a total of three. There is a TV hidden on the closet shelf, and the Guest Bedroom is next to the hallway Guest Bath. Sliding doors take you to the patio from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, smooth top range, oven, coffee maker, and ice making refrigerator. Other amenities such as a blender, food processor and George Foreman Grill are included. There are seperate laundry facilities in the building.
The Living Room features a queen size sleeper sofa, 32" cable TV with premium channels, a DVD player, and a stereo system with CD player with a port to plug in your iPOD!

There is an outdoor pool, with grills and picnic tables. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this wonderful condo. Please note that the condo is not "Child-Proofed" so please be aware of your children's activities while staying with us.

Just what we need- Everything as Listed!

I rented this for my two sons (ages 7 and 10) to go down and enjoy the week on the beach. I wanted them to be close to the beach and the pier. I spoke to the owners Tim and Joyce via email and they answered all my questions without delay and always were more then willing to help. I was trilled with everything, location was great, the condo was just as it was listed and within walking distance of everything and a short drive to all the major attractions, stores and resturants. The pool was very nice and never very crowded and the beach was very short walk across the street. My boys have already said they loved it and want to go back. My only complaint is that I only got to stay one week. I reccomend this condo for anyone that wants to get away to myrtle beach
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
