You will love this 2 bed / 2 bath newly refurbished first floor condo on Shore Drive, with the Beach and public access just footsteps across the street! The Shore Drive area is loaded with activities; snorkeling, swimming, chilling on the beach, plenty of shopping, golf, restaurants, the Apache Fishing Pier, and of course within walking distance to Ocean Annie's beach bar! For your beach fun, we have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach mats for you to use during your stay!
The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and private bath. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds, and is next to the hallway Guest Bath. Sliding doors take you to the patio from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, smooth top range, oven, coffee maker, and ice making refrigerator. Other amenities such as a blender, food processor and George Foreman Grill are included.
The Living Room includes a new, queen size sleeper sofa with 32" cable TV and a DVD player provided, as well as a stereo system with CD player with a port to plug in your iPOD!

There is an outdoor pool, with grill and picnic tables. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this wonderful condo.
