Our convenient location is easy to get to, just down the road from Peachy Canyon Winery and across the road from Castoro Cellars Vineyards. The house is situated on six peaceful acres in a park like setting surrounded by over an acre of grass. Across the grassy area of the property are three acres of Zinfandel and Grenache Vineyards which are state of the art and biodynamically farmed. This picturesque neighborhood is comprised of horse ranches, farmlands and other vineyards. The ambiance lingers with you as you enter the exquisitely furnished and professionally decorated home. The distressed hardwood floors in the main living areas are covered with oriental carpets for your comfort.
The large two story living room has an over sized corner Kiva wood burning fireplace, a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player, a sitting area, a six person game table, as well as, a well appointed bar. The large gourmet kitchen is enhanced with professional appliances, with a wine refrigerator and easy in and out access, perfect for any catering occasion. There are four unique bedrooms with custom bedding and luxurious linens and three gorgeous bathrooms. The two master suites have king beds, flat screen TV's and their bathrooms have over sized showers; one has a large 2 person Jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with a shared marble bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have French doors opening to a covered veranda with beautiful views of the Estate Vineyards.
Centered in the grand dining room, off of the living room is an elegant banquet table which seats ten. The loft above could accommodate an overflow of children for an additional sleeping area. At the back of the house is a large covered deck with a terrific view of the seasonal creek and the Zinfandel vineyard. It's a perfect place to barbecue, enjoy your meals, or just sit back at the large table with seating for eight, and enjoy the country views. Connected to the covered deck is an open 30' by 40' wooden deck with lounge furniture and umbrellas. It's perfect for large outdoor dinner parties with room to seat up to 50 plus.

We are located right in the middle of Templeton's historic wine district with over 60 wineries within a ten-mile radius of the house. The Paso Robles/Templeton region is home to over 240 wineries, many with world class status which caters to wine lovers with unique tasting rooms. Beautiful Cambria, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle and San Luis Obispo are only a short 30 minute drive from the house. Beaches, horseback riding, shopping, dining experiences and a water park are at your fingertips. There are 3 lakes within a 30 minute drive, Nacimiento, Santa Margarita and San Antonio for your boating pleasures. Carmel, Monterey and Big Sur are only a short hour and a half drive away. Casa Brambles, a Santa Barbara style home, is located on the west side of Templeton, surrounded by beautiful twisted Willows and Spanish Oaks
