This luxurious,unique and beautiful two-story townhouse has 1600 square feet, with two bedrooms, two and a half baths on beach level. There is a private stairway with nine stairs from the patio to the beach, so swimming and snorkeling is done with great ease. The oceanview from all rooms is spectacular... sunsets to wildlife.
The home is filled with lovely Mexican art and artifacts. The kitchen is completely outfitted, and we are next door to Playa del Sol (formerly Costa Vida Resort), so store, restaurant, cabs, and bus service is very handy. The entire downstairs was completely renovated (new kitchen, marble floors, furniture, appliances) February, 2003. Security gate, purified water,satellite tv with many English channels, ceiling fans, maid service, A/C, newly furnished... It Is Wonderful!
