This tropical estate has all of the amenities, an amazing pool, Jacuzzi, waterfall and grotto, swim up palapa bar with outside speakers(sound system). Plus, you are only minutes away from the beach if you choose to head to the sand.
The entry leads into the living room where you can watch the 55" large screen TV with hundreds of cable channels. Or enjoy a friendly game of pool on the competition size pool table in the same great room. Just beyond the living area is a large family room with cozy fireplace seating and adjoining dining area, gourmet kitchen...all overlooking the pool deck and ocean in the distance. The kitchen is completely furnished and features a gas stove top with double ovens, microwave and large walk in panty.
Each bedroom is uniquely decorated. The master suite has a California King bed, with a private retreat, two balconies and fireplace, master bath with an oversized bathtub to relax in. Also upstairs, there is a second and third bedroom sharing a bathroom, all which overlook the backyard/pool area and ocean. Plus, you’ll also find a loft room great for family fun, with extra room and beds for 4 people, including twin bunks and a queen comfortable futon bed.
There are two rooms, one up and one downstairs, that can be used as a small office with a desk and high speed internet access.

This home is located in a quaint little coastal community of Encinitas with gorgeous beaches, both large or tucked away from the general public. Many families like to rent this property during the Del Mar Race because of it’s proximity. We love that there is something for everyone…golf, shopping, restaurants, theme parks, centrally located in North County San Diego.

We hope you will feel like you are right at home here in this luxurious property that is great for family vacations. It is spacious and the view is spectacular. Most rooms in the house overlook the pool, with its fun amenities including a waterfall, swim up palapa bar and grotto to the white water ocean view in the horizon. The sunsets are picturesque and there is usually a nice breeze. The home is surrounded by nice, friendly families, so we do ask that everyone is courteous of that to maintain the peaceful environment.
