This unit is only one of a few units located on the east end of the west tower, which affords some of the best views on Perdido Key. Enjoy panoramic views of Johnson's Beach 7 miles of marine sanctuary beach from your living room, master bedroom or the large beach front balcony.
The open plan living area is ideal for your vacation entertaining, and offers expansive views from any corner. The living room offers seating for your entire family in the large sofa and two oversized side chairs and ottoman. The highlight of the room is the floor to ceiling TV entertainment center that showcases the 50" LCD HDTV. There is also a spacious dining area offers a large dining table plus additional barstools at the kitchen pass through bar.
Meal preparation is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry complement the stainless GE Profile appliances which include a side by side fridge with in-door ice/water dispensing, wall oven and microwave, smooth top cooktop, and dishwasher. A large picture window over the double stainless sinks will offer you a framed view of the gulf from anywhere in the kitchen. The pass through bar from the kitchen to the dining area is perfect for entertaining.
You can also dine al fresco on the oversized balcony. The elegant outdoor dining table offers comfortable cushioned seating for 4. There is also a chaise lounge with adjustable backs to enjoy coffee or read a good book.
The rest of this amazing condo is equally as impressive. There will be no debating about who gets the king room on this vacation...this unit is also unique in that it has 2 bedrooms with KING BEDS, one bedrooms with QUEEN BED, and two twins in the last bedroom, giving you sleeping for 8 people! The master bedroom is gulf front, and the other three bedrooms have either gulf views or views of Old River, so everyone will be captivated by the views. And because there are 4 full baths, every bedroom has it's own!
The gulf front master suite offers the ultimate luxury in furnishings. There is a large sliding door the accesses the balcony and offers stunning views all the way down Johnson's Beach, plus there is also a large picture window so you have views, views, views! The connected master bath has a jetted tub, large separate travertine shower, and twin vanities with granite countertops.
The second king bedroom could serve as a second master, since it has it's own private bath and amazing views overlooking Old River. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and gulf views.
