This Beautiful Bay Front Condo has been professionally decorated to allow you all the enjoyments of your vacation destination and still bring you all the comforts of home. The corner unit has views overlooking the Award Winning Lazy River Lagoon Pool and Choctawhatchee Bay. Sit back and relax on your private balconies watching activities on the bay and you may even spot a school of dolphins. The views from this unit at night bring The Lazy River to life with a spectacular array of light!
The master suite has a comfortable King Size Bed. It is decorated in rich jewel tones and has a 27" Color TV with cable provided. Step through the sliding glass doors onto a private balcony. Relax on the outdoor loveseat and choose a book from our paperback library to read or simply enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sunsets.
The bunk room is decorated in bright, sunny colors and has its own private bath.
The kitchen is outfitted with everything you might need to prepare a wonderful meal. The counter-height table is an excellent place to eat or play a game of cards.
An extra that we added to make our unit a great place to relax is our extremely comfortable leather sectional which also provides plenty of seating. A palm theme was chosen for decorating this area. The tranquil setting allows you and your family to relax and enjoy our tropical paradise.
You have access to many excellent amenities at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort including the 700 sq. ft. Lazy River with waterfall pool (heated in the winter), and gradual incline pool for the little ones. There is a beautiful lush garden complete with palm trees down by the Bay where you and your family are provided with picnic tables and charcoal grills.
Our resort offers the only covered elevated walkway in the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area across highway 98. This walkway connects to our beachside resort. You also have access to all the amenities on the beachside which includes a 5,000 sq. ft pool, a 1/2 covered pool, kids pool, and whirl pool spa, spray park and a state of the art work out facility. Best of all is the access to the beautiful Emerald Waters along our powder white sandy beaches. The Boardwalk is directly across the street with shops, and restaurants, and entertainment.

- Our unit at Destin West is centrally located. The Board Walk is located steps away and has some of the areas most excellent dining, entertainment, and shopping. Next door find any water sport activity available for rental and golfing! The Gulfarium which is the oldest marine show in the county is located next door to the boardwalk as well as the famous Fishing Pier. Should you be arriving for business The Emerald Coast Convention Center is only a block away! Our destination has it ALL!

Why the Owner Chose Destin West Beach and Bay Resort
We love the beautiful "Emerald Coast" of Florida and visit as often as we can and yes the waters are really a beautiful emerald color and the sand is snow white. We particularly enjoy the location of our condo on Okaloosa Island. It is not as populated as Destin and less traffic, and less of a crowd on the beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We can quickly get to Destin, only 6 miles from our property and enjoy great shopping, golfing, fishing, restaurants and other activities. We enjoy being on the Bay side of our properties where we can watch the boat traffic and large barges as well as occasionally spot a school of Dolphins. Our property is unique in offering a true "beach to bay" experience. We have the only crossover bridge for miles which is a big advantage. The lazy river on the beach side is lots of fun and enjoyed by all, especially the kids.

This grocery store is the closest to our condo and a really excellent store.
Several shops, restaurants and clubs are located right across the street. (Use our elevated walkway)

My husband and I grew up in Washington State but we have lived in Oklahoma all of our married life. We are die hard "Oklahoma Sooner" fans. We usually attend all home games but if we happen to be in Florida, we don't have to go far to join "The Florida Sooner Fan Club" at Angler's Sports Bar across the street from our condo to watch the game on big screens. We enjoy traveling but since we discovered this area of Florida, we have fallen in love with it and spend most of our vacation time here. We know you will enjoy the area and you'll want to come back often too.
