The grounds are landscaped including lush potted plants on the pool deck. The driveway and pool deck are beautiful Turkish turned marble and the grounds light up at night, including the 80 foot dock along the water. This lovely home is in a tranquil gated community, conveniently located, with easy access to I95, about 1/2 hour to south Miami Beach, Boca, Delray and Bal Harbour.
Bright open space with excellent relationship to the outdoors. Modern kitchen has huge glass windows opening to service shelf, outdoor dining for up to 12, over sized, heated pool, and waterway. Elegantly furnished yet comfortable and inviting. The kitchen, living/dining room and master bedroom all have beautiful views of the pool, grounds and water.
For boaters, there is a private dock with ocean access and no fixed bridges.
House trained, well behaved dogs are welcome.
