Escape to where Earth Matters. Enjoy family and group size comfort living in our 1900 square foot ohana. With vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows this home is very large and roomy where it counts, the living and dining areas are large and the lanai has a built in BBQ and dining area. The master bedroom upstairs has a porch and king size bed & bath, the downstairs has 2 bedrooms with twins and queen beds and a full size futon in the den, the sofa bed is also available for guests. The property features a studio (with kitchen) perfect for retreats or classes and a stage and podium to use for reunions or weddings.
From our home you are close to the many unique sites in the Ka'u area, from green sand beaches to the (at the moment) an active volcano! The swimming and snorkeling beaches are near and you can view the undersea life in warm calm waters. Visit our local Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Na'alehu and then see the honu (green turtle) nesting and resting on Punalu'u black sand beach.
Adventure gear including bicycles, snorkeling gear, kayaks, boogie boards & ice chests are available for our guests.

We also offer you the opportunity to experience the true Hawaiian art of hula, in our hula holau on Wednesday night, there are classes with Kumu Keala Ching, to view or participate in.
