It is an excellent place for your florida vacation. The Condo: We met the condo in a pristine condition, its affordable, very spacious, with all modern electrical appliances, Free HD TV with great local news and entertainment channels , Blue ray disc player, Free Wifi, free Local and international land line phone calls to the UK. Honestly, I can't praise this condo and its owner enough. The Resort (Villas at Island Club) : In a quiet location in kissimmee, very clean and well maintained resort, with swimmiming pools, spa, club house and a fitness suite (I loved those early morning swims after a work out in the gym!!). Sets me up nicely for day ahead in the theme parks. You will feel happy driving back to the peace and quiet of the resort after a hectic day at the parks. General: I can confirm that Disney is close by, Seaworld and Aquatica are further on in Orlando but getting there was a breeze driving along the US 192 and then the I4. I really enjoyed driving in America anyway. The day, I made the first phone call to Tony to enquire about the condo, Naturally I was a bit nervous about seeing a property online and making a booking but I soon found Tony to be a very helpful gentleman and a specialist at making you feel at ease, he has been very helpful in providing lots of information that helped to make our holiday a very memorable one. Choosing this condo was the best decision I made for my family holiday as it turned out to be a home away from home. I will highly recommend this condo to my friends who wish to stay in the Kissimmee area of Florida. I was not suprised to read very lovely comments from other visitors in the guest book And When you get back don't forgot to come here to leave a review, Tony may be too modest to ask but I think more people should let others know of their holiday experience at this lovely condo. (Not enough reviews online about this condo and I believe that needs to change) I will stop here but I am tempted to continue writing !!Owner response: My wife and I installed the international phone service the guest refers to because, like most people, we want to stay in touch with home when we travel. We were very glad with this condo and we will certainly recommend others to choose this condo for a perfect place to stay on vacation. This condo had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. This is our 2nd time at this beautiful condo,we just love it!! Pool right across the street,back away from the main highway so it is quiet,close to Walmart and Target for what you need for your stay.Close to most of the main attractions. We will stay there again for sure.Best 10 days this year! Owner is so friendly and will help all he can, can't wait till next time. The best place that we ate at was on 192 in Kissimee called Smokey Bones,great food. Went to Sea World, Busch Gardens, Disney and Dino World is great for kids and adults who like to go on a dino dig!!.Thank you again for the use of your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This was my first experience with Homeaway.com and I was not disappointed!! Tony was just wonderful in accommodating my schedule and EVERYTHING was provided for us in the condo, The condo was IMMACULATE and it was located about 5 miles from Disney World and close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but was set off from the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. The only down side were that all the beds were too hard for my back so I ended up sleeping on the couch for the 5 days (which was fine)...but just to let anyone out there with a sensitive back, even my husband was a bit sore in the mornings, and his back is fine! But overall it was a great experience and we will return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: We take all our guest comments seriously and will look into the bed situation. We regret any inconvenience this caused and would have made other arrangements had she called my direct line. The local office is always authorized to offer comparable accommodations if our property is not acceptable. Other guests will be surveyed before we make the suggested changes.

About the owner: We have been sharing our property through HomeAway and VRBO since 2008. My wife and I are big fans of Disney World, and the warm weather Florida offers in winter months. I was born in England. My wife was born in Canada, with lineage to Scotland and the first European settlers of the American Colonies. We live in Canada and travel to and from Florida by car. It's a 1200 mile journey to get there and no less to get home. We've made the trip so many times it's almost routine.
Why the Owner Chose Other Kissimmee Far West Properties:
Between 1986 and 1999, our kids were young and we stayed in Disney World every March Break. One day my wife asked why we had never purchased in the area. I told her we were on vacation and the weather was too good to waste a day with a real estate salesman. The next day, it rained.
Our trips to Florida were always a special time. Vacations are one of the few times families spend entire days together, eating, talking, sharing experiences and creating memories.
