Our house is located off Interstate 4 at Exit 58. Our house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It rents for $109 per night (tax inclusive) plus a one time $70 cleaning fee. Inside the house, you will find granite in all the wet areas and a fully equipped kitchen. There is wireless for your computer, a TV in each bedroom and a large plasma TV in the family room. Smoking areas are outside the home on the spacious private covered front porch or the large courtyard in the back. The private driveway gives you personal parking for two cars. We have six beach towels to use at Seven Eagles Pool - usually open until 11:00 p.m. The huge water park is amazing and even has a lazy river and special kiddie water park. Usual operating hours 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Currently availability is by escort into the waterpark (free for four guests and each additional guests pay the membership charge which is currently at $13.00) OR by purchase, I have guest membership cards available.

There is a large courtyard with outside table and chairs and a gas grill with natural gas. The large courtyard separates the main rental house from the owners private villa above the garage (separate utilities of course). Guests have eclusive use of the private driveway - large enough for 2 vehicles. The rental house is very private and quiet! Rest and Relaxation await you in this lovely home on the park in beautiful Reunion Resort. The house is rented as a 2 bed/2bath. Free escort for four, once daily into the Water Park! Or you may purchase a family membership card (upon availability).

Unique features of our stay here at this property is the on-site access to the property owner, their willingness to give information and make our stay absolutely priceless. A wonderfully decorated home with privacy and comfort that anyone could expect. A quick jump around the corner and you are on your way to all of the attractions- no traffic to fight and so close to grocery, drug store, services. Did I say how close you are to the highway...but you would never know it when in the neighborhood. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and neat on site water park. THIS access to the water park via the home owner is the most wonderful $$ feature of this rental. We will be back !!!

Thank you Lois for allowing my family to stay at your home this past week (May 26 - May 31, 2011). We had a wonderful time and your home was just as it was represented; clean, well maintained and situated within a beautiful Resort community. We have rented via VRBO for many years and I am one of those picky renters in that first and foremost I always seek out a clean and well taken care of place to stay. Your home was exceptionally clean. I also like staying in a gated community and Reunion offered this as well. We all exjoyed being able to come back to your place to relax and spread out a bit. The pools at Reunion are a huge plus and we are still talking about the morning swims and sun we enjoyed on vacation. We had a wonderful time and sincerely thank you for allowing us to live in your home for a few days. When we make our next trip to Fla, you will be the first one I can for a place to stay. Thank you again.

Our family stayed at the Miller property for a weekend during June 2010 and it was just what the Dr. ordered! The clean, spacious and well furnished space was so comfortable for us and allowed us to relax and spread out. This is especially important as we have two young kids and so a hotel room with one TV and a small bathroom doesn't cut the mustard. We enjoyed use of pools on the property, the grill at the condo and quality time together. We will be back. Thanks Miller Family!

We enjoyed our three week stay in this house. The resort is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable, house very clean. Even though we did not cook very much, the kitchen was well appointed. Lois and Harold are great to work with. Loved being able to pull our car up and park in the same spot in front of the house, especially late at night when you are tired. Will be back next year for another visit.

We had a lovely vacation at this Reunion Home. We arrived to a sparkling clean home. The linens were soft and cozy. The view of the park like landscaping behind the home was so pretty: we saw hot air balloons in the morning and a beautiful sunset in the evening. The Club's pool was great: not crowded so I was able to float for hours. The waterpark was even more fun. I love the Lazy River that flowed through tropical gardens. My grandson love the childrens play water climbing structure. We both liked the waterslide. The food available at the park was great. The golf courses were beautiful. Very close to Disney attractions. I can go on and on but the best conclusion I can make is I aready have made plans to return to this house. I can't wait!!!
