BLUE GROUSE BAY
Welcome to BLUE GROUSE BAY. A wonderful privately owned rental accommodation on shores of beautiful Okanagan Lake. Located in a quiet secluded area on the west side of Okanagan Lake just five minutes south of Okanagan Lake Resort and only 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna, making it a perfect location for visitors seeking a fun-filled vacation in the Sunny Okanagan.
This lower level (Lakeside suite) of custom designed and built Craftsman style home includes 1000 square feet of living area and 500 square feet of covered patio with private entrance. It is located on the hillside overlooking the water giving you a gorgeous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is easy access to 85 feet of private waterfront. The beach area has 1800 square feet of level lawn, beautiful landscaping with a small log cabin, cedar pergola and patio. The large dock is suitable for swimming, sunbathing, diving, boating and fishing. A canoe is available to guests as well as boat moorage for one boat.
The lakeside suite has two bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and lake view. The other with a double bed and a single bunk on top. There is one good-sized bathroom with shower. Bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please bring your own beach towels. There is also a washer and dryer in the suite. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric griddle/frying pan, hotplate, toaster and coffee maker, as well as dishes and cutlery etc. There are two tables for dining and food preparation as well as a bar with stools. The main living area (open to kitchen with 10 foot ceilings and large windows) has a queen sofa bed. There is also a small sofa, reclining chair, electric fireplace, cable TV, VCR/DVD and stereo system with CD player.
