  We love, love, LOVE this condo! It is in our favorite neighborhood on Maui, so close to all the beaches and bays we love to snorkel in every morning. It is also a nice walk down to the farmers market/store. While we have stayed in other nearby condos that face the ocean we like the angle of this condo, it provides shade in the afternoon and early evening. So while one can still see whales out in the channel and turtles down below from the lanai the sun is not direct. We found the condo to be clean and very nicely updated (the bed was great). The "toy" closet on the lanai was fully stocked and neatly arranged. Vanessa was very prompt and helpful thru emails. We would love to stay here (or on the 4th floor) again!

  Of all of the vacation rentals available on Maui, we are SO HAPPY that we decided on this property! Although we have been vacationing for more than 30 years, this was our first experience using a vacation rental. We were amazed at the number of properties available on Maui, and the process of deciding took a bit of time and research. We hope this review can save a lot of time and trouble for others considering their options, because the condo was amazing, the location was perfect, and the rental process was very easy - thanks to Vanessa. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and it's obvious that she and Greg have truly done everything possible to make this a home-away-from-home for their guests. It was the PERFECT place for the two of us! The condo is beautiful, clean, and updated inside. The view is amazing. The grounds are beautiful, and the ocean is almost close enough to touch. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and - a couple of things that are important to us - the water pressure in the shower is excellent, and there are established quiet hours within the complex... and it really is quiet! There are several restaurants and shops close by, as well as grocery stores and some nice parks and beaches. We loved our time there and can't imagine a more perfect place to stay on Maui. Our two weeks went by much too quickly. We hope to return again someday! Thank you Vanessa and Greg!

  We spent two wonderful weeks in this condo in October/November and just loved everything about it. When we first stepped into it we were really impressed with the high class interior! Wow! It is much nicer than on the pictures. It is very spacious and has everything you need and a lot more. The bed is so comfi for a good night sleep and it is very quiet around except the sound of the waves, which we loved and really miss now at home... The kitchen is fully equipment with everything you need to prepare breakfast, snacks and dinner. The shared BBQ at the ppol area is vera handy and it is also a good way to meet the residents and other tourists. The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches, Lahaina and supermarkets, and there is always enough parking.The pool and the ground area is very well maintained and looks like a tropical garden with lots of plants. It is great that Vanessa provides beach supplies such as chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and coolers. We sure used them a lot. The only little "negative" thing is, that we found it very difficult to enter the ocean from there, as most of the times the waves were pretty rough and the ground of the ocean is very rocky, as there is no beach, just some stairs leading into the ocean. It didn't bother us at all, as we drove to nearby beaches anyway. I just wanted to mention it, so someone who wants to swim right there might be dissapointed. But we loved watching the turtles from the sun deck. If we are returning to Maui, for sure we will stay there again and wouldn't even look anywhere else. Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions (many!) immediately. We had a terrific time there and wish we could go back again soon, as we really fell in love with Hawaii and especially Maui, but for us from Germany it is such a long way...   I am writing this review the night before i depart with my wife and 4 month old baby back to San Diego. As I sit in this great condo I have the trade winds flowing through, can hear the crashing of the waves, and am completely relaxed. Unit 207 is exactly as described and then some. The way the place has been remodeled is stylish, warm, and modern. The appliances are good quality and the mattress (as all have said before) is fantastic. The lanai which seemed to overlook the ocean it was so close is pretty large and gave us a place to sip wine, watch sunsets, have dinner, etc. Every time we left the unit, we'd go to the edge of the hall and do a "sea turtle check" to see if they were there. I was able to snorkel next to them on several occasions literally feet where I had entered the water. The reef right below the property has lot of fish and turtles! Overall a GREAT GREAT place that will make anyone's trip very enjoyable and relaxing. We also found this area (Honokowai) to be a perfect location and a very charming area. Lastly I want to thank Vanessa for being so wonderful in helping me change the dates. It was our first anniversary and it was very special!

  This condo was a great place to stay for our vacation. The condo was comfortable, clean, well decorated, quiet, and well stocked with basics. Most importantly, the views and ocean sounds were amazing. While at the condo we always felt that we were at the beach. We saw spectacular sunsets and turtles, right from the lanai/observation deck. We rarely ate out because we had the best seat to view the ocean right on the lanai. That said we were close to Kaanapali beach, Lahaina, Kapaulua, etc.. Vanessa was wonderful to deal with, answering questions--important and trivial--quickly. We stayed here two weeks and felt our stay on Maui was one of the best vacations ever--in large part due to this condo.

  This beautifully decorated condo is located close to numerous sunbathing, snorkeling, and scuba diving beaches. Reclining beach chairs and a sun umbrella were provided in the storage closet on the lanai. A small grocery and farmer’s market is conveniently located within a few blocks of the condo. While we usually dined at one of the many nearby restaurants, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed in order to prepare our own meals. We especially appreciated the quality appliances. We definitely recommend the fresh fish market close by – we picked up some delicious Mahi Mahi several times. There were often sea turtles swimming in the reef right in front of the condo, and we were treated to some picturesque views as the sun set behind Lanai! The condo was always cool thanks to the tradewinds and the orientation of the unit. We would have to say that the one negative was that during the night the waves would crash against the seawall so loudly that it was difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a very reasonable price, clean, conveniently located, and well decorated. We spent two weeks at this condo, and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay in this condo the next time we’re on Maui!

  This place is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful!! We so enjoyed everything about the condo. The decor was perfect. Everything we needed was there, very relaxing. And just like everyone has said the bed is a dream, slept like babies. There's no way you could find a better place for the money.

  Staying in your condo was the highlight of our vacation on Maui! Having a kitchen with all the amenities has spoiled us for staying in a hotel. We loved walking to the Farmers’ Market for papaya and pineapple and bringing it back to enjoy on the lanai. Breakfasts at home will never be the same again! The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in on vacation. The water was a little too rough out front for new snorkelers like us so it was packed up your beach chairs, cooler and umbrella and discovered beautiful Kapalua beach as per your recommendation. You gotta love beach chairs that recline! It was fun to share sunsets on the “Aloha Deck” and use the BBQ with other vacationers - we got lots of hints about what beaches to visit. Sometimes it was so quiet around the pool that we felt like we were at our own private tropical home. Thanks so much for making your Maui condo available to us - we’re already planning our next trip to Hale Ono Loa.

  I just wanted to say what a wonderful time we spent at your condo from March 29 thru April 1. Your condo was just beautiful. We truly loved the lanai, whale watching with the binoculars. My husband especially loved the soft comfy chair on the lanai. We both loved the comfortable bed. It was very relaxing and we loved the area, especially the beaches. It must have been a perfect get-a-way for my husband as he didn't want to leave and commented that he wanted to come again next year.(he has never done this before)

  Mahalo for sharing your “house of good living” with us this past February.We LOVED the bed (want that mattress at home now!), LOVED the kitchen, the cool tiled floors and bath and most of all LOVED the view. We felt like we were perched above the ocean with only the coconut trees for company. We had an awesome time just hanging out on the lanai, cooking in at night, listening to your Hawaiian music CDs and playing your Scrabble game. Slipping into the ocean right out front for a morning snorkel with the sea turtles was the highlight of our trip. It was the perfect vacation and we’ll be back to stay with you again next year!
