In the event a 4th sleeping area is needed, a raised Queen size air mattress can be prepared in the front parlor room for privacy.
The wrought iron spiral staircase from the dining room takes you down to the lower floor which consists of a living room with wet bar and gas stove top, two bedrooms each with one Queen bed, large bathroom with tub and shower combination, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The front balcony is accessible from both the front stairway and Parlor Room. The rear courtyard is directly accessible from both the main and lower floors and is surrounded by brick walls for complete privacy.
