Comfortable house with plenty of room for everyone. Very close to town without paying in town prices. This was our second time staying here. We will be back.

We were 3 families that were there for the weekend to hike Mt Washington. And this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was perfect and everyone found the place wonderful.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was a great place to stay in North Conway! It is convenient to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. The house itself is clean and well maintained, there are plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The bunk beds were a hit with our kids. The house has games that helped to entertain the little ones too. The kitchen is updated and has new appliances, there is a cute bar area that had plenty of seating for our family. We had such a great time there this winter we can't wait to return this summer to visit Storyland and take advantage of all the area has to offer.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

First, the owners answered all my questions and were helpful in renting the house. The interior of the upstairs was well maintained, but the exterior (hole in the roof, some broken bottles and cigarette butts around), and basement (damp and musky smell) could use some attention. The upstairs does not have a kitchen table, or a place for family dining. We put all our groceries in the small breezeway, but that didn't work as a squirrel has access through a hole in the screens. So all of our groceries were on the countertops in the kitchen for most of the week and of course it attracted ants. The games, foosball and pool, are very small, not the big ones you might expect. The downstairs is also extremly musky and the humidifier doesn't work properly. There is only one entrance through the garage, and our friend the squirrel was in there a few times too. Probably wouldn't reccommend this place until the problems are fixed and the downstairs is dried out. It's a good central location, and the bedrooms are large and accomodating, but it needs some more updates.
