Accommodations:  Beach Home, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

4 nights for a flat rate of $500.00 valid, before Memorial Day and after September 26! Cleaning, taxes and fees included. No parking pass needed. Any day of the week including weekends!!!

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Century I...Step out of the (beach!) elevator onto the... sandy beach.

Maximum of 6 people can sleep comfortably in our condo. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed, queen size as well.

There is digital cable with plenty of channels including HBO and Cinemax, about 7-10 channels each.

We keep our property very nicely and upgrades are made every year. The new furnace in 2008, new bathrooms in 2007 just to name a few. Additional pictures will be provided upon request.

There is no fee to use our indoor pool and you can use the fitness center (facing the ocean) and sauna for a small fee to the HOA(home owner assoc.)

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

  • For anyone who wants to take in the Mid-Atlantic beach experience, this is the condominium to do it. When you open the balcony door, a brisk ocean breeze floods the living room, you hear the pounding surf, and the room is engulfed in sunlight which makes the hardwood floors just gleam. The condo is very clean and the pure ocean air just makes it so fresh. The kitchen has everything to meet your cooking needs. Valentina is well-organized and attentive to details and renting the unit was hassle-free. We spent the most wonderful four days in this unit.

  • We had a wonderful experience in this spacious condo. We loved the oceanfront master bedroom and the rooms privacy. Our girls had their own room with a balcony on the bayside and we all shared a great oceanfront balcony off the living room. The beach locker was very convenient. Can't wait to come back again.
