the unit was very nice. as said by others,the views of ocean and sunset are great.it is great for a family or two couples to use. with the unit layout , you have shared living space,but can also have your own private area.each bedroom has a great view.the kitchen has anything you would need.it was great to have a locker on the first floor to store beach equipment in . what a bonus ,not having to carry all that stuff up to the unit everyday and store it overnight.valentine,was very helpful and answer questions in a timely manner..thank for sharing your vacation home

Beautiful condo with amazing views and great location. While our vacation was cut short due to the hurricane we are already looking forward to coming back and renting your beautiful condo. This condo is even better than described in the listing! Its just like being a guest in someone's home, with all the possible amenities! It is a beautiful place in a beautiful scenic setting, in a very nice building. I have read some bad reviews of Century 1, but found nothing to substantiate them. The building has easy beach access and is kept very clean, from the lobby to the hallways to the gym to the locker area. All personnel are friendly and professional and helpful, and the security staff keep everything secure. The condo itself had every possible amenity, from flat screen tvs with cable tv and dvd players to a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, icemaker, washer/dryer combo, all possible utensils with pots and pans and everything you would find in your own home! The balcony was well furnished with deck chairs, lounge chairs, etc. The condo also has a beach locker on the bottom floor that is fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc., making trips to the beach as easy as possible. The beach itself is kept very clean and is well protected by the lifeguards and OC police dept. The location of the building is very good, as there is shopping, grocery store etc. within a few blocks. I would also recommend The Bull on the Beach Restaurant just 5 blocks away for good, reasonably priced meals. The owners of this condo did an exceptional job of making our vacation the best it could be! This condo will be my first choice for any future trips to Ocean City!

I have been going to OC for many years, and this is, hands-down, the nicest place I have stayed..Everything about this condo is perfect..Valentina is wonderful to work with, and made our vacation stress-free...!!! We were there for fourth of July! The views of the beach and bay were the best! Loved the privacy of the bedrooms on different floors! Valentina was a pleasure to work with and the keyless entry was so easy to use...the entire building should use it! Thank you Valentina! We will be back again!

We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo as pictured. Loved that there were two levels and especially the ocean view from the bedroom! The keyless entry was another plus along with use of beach chairs and umbrella. The location was so convenient with Rose's and Superfresh right across the street as well as St Luke's church. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was average, but I I was very unhappy and disappointed with the owner's decision to keep part of the security deposit due to clean dishes on the counter that were washed and in the drainer, "sand in the bed and a loose knob" that fell off the day we got there. Security deposits are for broken and damaged items, and we took very good care of the place. Also, the pool was not functional when we got there, which was a part of our rental agreement. I went to the desk three times to get a pass for the pool next door and no one was ever there. The owner made no attempt to alert us to the fact that the pool was not available before we got there, which was unethical. Other rentals have refunded money or given the option to stay elsewhere if the pool was not available. All in all, I would not recommend this place because of the unfair way that the security deposit and pool was handled.

Owner response:I live almost 200 miles away and even if I lived closer there are things beyond my control. Such the pool! The management have informed us the owners that the pool will be open during summer season. I was not aware it was going to be closed during the season and when Theresa arrived there and informed me about it, I asked her to try get a (free) pass from the office downstairs but she said they did not care that much about the pool as long they can be on the beach and close to the ocean. I did not farther investigate the pool situation because of that. I learned now that it had been open mid week after it was closed for an inspection. Something I cannot have any control over, for sure. As far the condo, it has been left in a such shape the cleaners needed extra time to clean and sort things out. I had not charged you up front for the cleaning fee, because you decided to return to our "average" condo, second year in a row, but I ended up paying extra to have it cleaned properly for my next guests. This is what paragraph 10 of my rental agreement says "At the expiration of this Agreement, Tenant shall vacate the Condo by check out time, 10:00 A.M. in the same condition as at the start of the Agreement. " It was not in the same condition at the end. And, as I have said to you in the email I have received pictures from the cleaners. Some of the dishes on the counter were not washed. And there is one thing to leave a last load of dishes in the dishwasher but another to have the counter full of dishes clean and dirty. And there was a lot of sand on the beds(???) and a broken/detached knob from a closet door we just installed in June. That is not acceptable. For the record I deducted $50 from your security deposit... It is first I had to do that but it is not even half of what I had to pay to clean up the mess. I was disappointed, to say the least, of the condition of our condo from pictures, especially because we work very hard to keep the place in top shape.

My husband and I enjoyed a mini week get away in this beautiful condo. Well appointed and spotlessly clean, we relaxed on the balcony taking in an amazing view of the majestic Atlantic. There is a balcony on the bay side as well so at the end of the day, we marveled at the sunset and bay view. The owners made certain all was in place for a great time. We will be back!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Century I condo. The location was perfect because we were away from the boardwalk but there were still many other places around 100th Street and within walking distance. The ocean side view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful at any time of day. There was plenty of space for us between the two floors and even the open living room. Even the decor made us feel welcome and relaxed. This condo definitely helped make our stay in Ocean City a pleasant one. I would look into this again for my next visit. Thank you Valentina!

The best family vacation we have had in a long time, thanks to the beautiful location and gorgeous condominium. Pictures don't do this location justice; the view is breathtaking and the condominium is clean and in great condition with comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bath and shower room, and inviting living area with tv/dvd player, balcony, and again that awesome view. For anyone who wants to take in the Mid-Atlantic beach experience, this is the condominium to do it. When you open the balcony door, a brisk ocean breeze floods the living room, you hear the pounding surf, and the room is engulfed in sunlight which makes the hardwood floors just gleam. The condo is very clean and the pure ocean air just makes it so fresh. The kitchen has everything to meet your cooking needs. Valentina is well-organized and attentive to details and renting the unit was hassle-free. We spent the most wonderful four days in this unit.

We had a wonderful experience in this spacious condo. We loved the oceanfront master bedroom and the rooms privacy. Our girls had their own room with a balcony on the bayside and we all shared a great oceanfront balcony off the living room. The beach locker was very convenient. Can't wait to come back again.

Very pleasant place and time spent there!! Only issue we had was broken dishwasher but the weather was nice for most of time (typical of May). Very well located in Ocean City and has everything needed as a vacation condo!!

What a wonderful condo! Perfect location, away from all the craziness, but near excellent resturants and activities. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Owners were very cordial and wonderful to deal with.
