  The 8 of us arrived on Monday and after a small miscommunication we were off to have the most amazing trip ever! Our small problem? We didn't have any food or drinks in our villa when we arrived or into the next day but..... After a quick email to Reed and Lisa all was well with apologies from the resort. We ended up being off the resort at the Villa of Angels. If you are fortunate enough to stay at this villa, you will be soooo happy. We have the most amazing view, and privacy, something you will not find in the resort. The golf cart and gold bracelet are a must, so if you are considering booking through someone else, make sure that is included. We have a maid (Menbonita) and a pool boy (Carlim) who took care of us way beyond what I am sure their job demands. We also have a personal security guard, which has made us feel more then safe. We had reservations for dinner every night, except our first day, at different restaurants. Jazz and Gourmet were our faves. The buffet is not fantastic but everywhere else is amazing! If you want pizza to go, go to Bellini. The people here are so nice, I wish I could list all of the ones we have befriended. Please tip them well, they work hard. The best beach by far is Serenity Beach. For all of you caffeine junkies, the bar there stocks Red Bull ;) . We did the waterfall excursion and the Tip Top Catamaran. If you do the waterfalls, be prepared to climb! It was a lot of fun and an experience I will never forget. The catamaran was fun but so hot. Even after applying sunblock over and over we burned.   This was a great and relaxing vacations!!!! Villa was amazing, very big, clean and loved our own private pool. Serenity Beach was my favorite and all the staff at the entire resort was friendly and always helpful. We are already looking forward to going back again . . . . soon!!!!

  We just got back from the trip and will never forget ti. The resort it absolutely amazing, food great and accomodations unbelievable. There was 8 of us including 4 children ages 2-6 and everyone of us had a great time. We got our villa outside the resort but we thought that it was better because we had a spectacular ocean view from all bedrooms and a night guard which made our stay very safe. The representative that we got Sybille was amazing, she took care of all of it for us, alcohol orders, ocan world tickets and all reservations to only VIP restaurants, Jazz and Rodzio is our favorite and the least favorite was Bellini. The VIP is the only way to go. The maids/cooks were so nice and made us scouptious breakfasts made our loundy and cleaned really good each day, this makes you feel really taken care of. When I read about the service before our trip I thought that it is too good to be true but it fact it is true. Our favorite beach was Serenity with all service and great drinks, no need to fight for the bed and chairs the staff brings them to you - absolutely great. We thinking that it will be hard to tap this vacation trip so we will be back, and definetely book with you Lisa and Read because you made it so easy. Thank you!

  Just got back from beautiful Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa at the Lifestyles Vacation Resort. The villa was beautiful with a private pool and three master suites. Rosa came in and made us a delicious breakfast every morning which we enjoyed on the patio with three little kittens waiting for us to drop something for them. Not much was dropped! The resort was fantastic - it was huge so it was a good thing we had the golf cart to get around in. We took a couple of tours (one was the cable car to the top of the mountain overlooking Puerto Plata and the other was the 7 waterfalls tour). The cable car was fun and a great way to sort of figure out where we were at on the island. The waterfall tour was hysterical! My sister and I are not petite women but we had a great time climbing up the falls and then jumping off or sliding down them. Just a couple of scabbed up knees! I wouldn't recommend this tour for people that have trouble walking or climbing but we had a great time. I would definitely go back to Puerto Plata in a minute and would again work with Reed & Lisa to plan the trip. It went off without a hitch and they were able to answer all of my questions before we left the U.S. Looking forward to the next time!

  2nd year in a row made better by the owners we booked through who made sure Life Style performed the agree upon contractual obligations. We are already planning our 3rd trip next year by going through the same owners.

  Our seven day stay was just what the doctor ordered. The food was great, the beverages were wonderful, the beaches were blissful. The accommodations could not have been better. The personal service by the staff made you feel like you were family. Prestige Worldwide Vacations and Lisa Bergen made this vacation one of the best vacations we have ever been on. If you get the chance to go you should. you will not be disappointed.

  hi Reed and Lisa, I just wanted to send a email to say Thank you for all you both did to make our vacation a success with last minute changes due to the snow storm we had in Boston. It was very well appreciated that you got the villa extended with our flight changes. We had great weather, lots of fun and we loved the villa we stayed at #58. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool at night. Everyday we went to Serenity beach, this is the beach you can get into with a gold bracelet. thanks again for all you did to make this vacation a success.

  We have just returned from the vacation of a lifetime! The villa was spectacular, the ammenities were wonderful and the people working at Lifestyles are so friendly and warm. The trip from Colorado is a long one, but the warm reception upon arrival is so nice. The resort is top notch in every way. There was plenty of alcohol at the Villa however they could have stocked more beer for our group! For the price of a trip to Mexico, this is so superior. And the booking process is so easy with Lisa. I am telling everybody I know to look into this for their next vacation. In fact, we plan to book it next year for sure! The only bad thing I can say is we had to leave at the end of the week!

  I was nervous at first about planning a vacation online. Talking to Reed the first time put me at ease and made me more excited to go on vacation. He was honest and answered all of my questions. The resort is beautiful and the staff are simply amazing. The beaches were spectacular and relaxing. The Villa we were placed in was older, but full of charm. The Villa was always clean. The grounds of the resort are immaculate. Every day there is staff out working on the grounds. The perks that come from renting from Reed and Lisa were also fantastic. Having the VIP bands allowing us access to Memebers Only areas was fantastic and our own personal golf cart was a huge perk. The golf cart was a great way to get around the resort as it is very large. We had a small problem with our golf cart that was very quickly taken care of by Reed. We are hoping to go back again. Up to the very last day we were findng new pools, attractions, etc. Planning activities off the resort was simple with a building set up with all the information and prices. We went to Ocean World and horse back riding on the beach. The dolphin encounter at Ocean World was a great memory maker and the sea lion show is so cute. The VIP Welcome Party is NOT to be missed. It was our favorite night at the resort. The Buffet was the biggest we have ever seen. The live entertainment was fun and enjoyed by all of us in our party. The restaurants we ate at were good. Our favorites were the Mexican restaurant and VIP Gourmet. The only complaint was not being able to get seatings at ones we wanted on a few nights. Can't wait to go back.

  The exclusivity of the villas creates a feeling of solitude that is welcome in a resort environment. Security inside the resort was very much appreciated. The villas were exactly as depicted on the website, when does that ever happen? Personal attention from the staff meant that you didn't have to chase them down to book restaurants, cleaning was done daily, frig stocked daily, pool cleaned daily, etc. The owners are more than accommodating. Once you book your villa they handle everything with the resort and they were always available to answer questions in a reasonable amount of time. If you've been to a regular resort you'll know the only privacy you got was when you hide in your room so now imagine going to your room having a full kitchen, flat screen TV, full living room and dining room plus a more than gracious yard and your own private pool surrounded by gardens and more empty beach chairs than you actually need. This is the villa experience. We would definitely book this villa again and have already recommended this to friends and family!!
