You will love vacationing with the gorgeous views of the Delaware Bay from every room and deck. Located a short walk to the water where there are miles of sandy beaches for long walks and water sports.

Broadkill Beach is a rare and precious find. It is close to all the activities of the Delaware beaches, yet away from the traffic and the "maddening crowd", quieter, more private and the beaches are less crowded. The gentle waves of the Delaware Bay make it safer for children and great for swimming.

Beds	King Bed: There are two master bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private full bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads to its own private deck with water views. Queen Bed: This is the third bedroom, located on the first floor, with a new queen sleep sofa, adjacent full bath, its own private deck with water views leading to an external stairway. This bedroom is located on the same floor with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Twin/Single Bed: This is the other master bedroom located on the second floor. The two twin beds can be pushed together to make a King bed with a strip that connects the two beds. Convertible Bed: There is a queen sleep sofa with a chaise in the living room with a beautiful view of the fireplace and water.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: There are two TV's in the house. One in the living room and the other in one of the master bedrooms. DVD Stereo System
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Enjoy a big kitchen with lots of counter space. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker Catering Available: Depending on the week, catering could be available.
