Our new, 2-bedroom condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished and decorated, providing stunning views of the ocean and resort pool. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in the master bedroom that opens to a deck overlooking both the pool and the ocean.
The 1250 square foot condo features a master bedroom with king sized bed, guest bedroom with queen sized bed, 2 ½ bathrooms, kitchen with GE profile appliances, living and dining room, deck with barbeque, and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Our unit is on the second floor of a 2 storey building.
Spend your days golfing at one of Mexico’s top rated golf courses, relaxing by the pool or walking the miles of quiet beach. For the nature lovers, watch the pelicans surf the waves or maybe catch a glimpse of the dolphins or even a whale.
Visit the turtle sanctuary and watch the release of newly hatched turtles back into the ocean. For the more active, you can swim in the ocean, boogie board or surf. Horseback riding on the beach can also be arranged. Finish the day relaxing in the pool’s hot tub.
The Estrella del Mar resort also features a restaurant and fitness center located in the golf club house and a small general store. For your convenience, the resort provides a free shuttle service to destinations on the resort.
Transportation to and from the airport and into Mazatlan can also be arranged. You can even make arrangements to have the refrigerator stocked with food & beverages prior to your arrival.
If you tire of the peace and serenity of Estrella del Mar, Mazatlan is only a 25-minute drive away. Visit the old historic center, dine at great restaurants, explore the golden zone, or walk the longest boardwalk in Latin America.
Other nearby activities include bass fishing at Lake El Salto, considered to be the #1 bass lake in the world and deep sea fishing for marlin and tuna out of Mazatlan.

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
The first time Bill and I went to Estrella del Mar it was just to see it. Well, the rest is history as we fell in love with the beautiful beach, the sound of the surf, the golf, and the peace and quiet. For us, it's truly a perfect get-away from the hectic schedule of our life as international educators and a perfect complement to our other "home" in the northwest corner of Washington State. We were also drawn to its proximity to the historic city of Mazatlan, knowing we could enjoy the peace and serenity of Estrella del Mar but still be close to a major historical city. The fact that we're only 10 minutes from the airport was certainly a plus for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Talk about a place to completely unwind! When the decisions of the day include: "Do I watch the beautiful sunset from the deck, the pool or the beach?" or "Do we play golf in the morning or in the afternoon?" or "Should we walk the beach in the morning or at sunset?" or "Do I want a margarita with dinner or red wine?" it's not difficult to imagine how easy it is to relax and how difficult it is to leave this piece of paradise. We have also tried to furnish our condo into a home away from home, a place that not only looks good but is comfortable and welcoming.

Growing up in the very northwestern corner of Washington State, little did my husband and I realize the direction our lives would take when he accepted a teaching position in the late 1970's with the ARAMCO schools in Saudi Arabia. Now after more than 24 years living abroad in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Beijing, Osaka, and currently,in southern Brazil where he is the superintendent of an international school, we truly consider ourselves citizens of the world. It's no wonder we've fallen in love with Estrella del Mar in Mazatlan!
