This beautiful and tastefully decorated, fully furnished home is located walking distance from downtown Calgary, Trendy 17th Ave, Stephen Ave and Marda Loop. The Calgary Stampede Grounds and Saddeldome are located a 5 minute drive away. We are 2 blocks from the River and 1 block from Stanley Park, which has outdoor pools, Tennis courts, parks and outdoor BBQ's. Lots of excellent restaurants, pubs and shopping very near by.
The notorious Banff, Lake Louise, and Sunshine are all within close proximity to Calgary for the Skier, Snowboarder, or Snowmobiler. C.O.P (Canada Olympic Park) is a 15 minute drive away as well.
Off of the back deck, the home has a top of the line outdoor Hot Tub secluded within a private Tiki Hut. It has a large BBQ Grill and entertaining back deck/patio. This home is near 2750 sq ft of total living space and a has Treadmill, W/D, 4 Bedrooms total and 3 bathrooms. (2 beds up/2 beds/down). The spa-like bathroom on the main floor, is equipped with a jetted tub which includes a stereo system and lights. The master bedroom has as full 47" wall mounted plasma, Queen bed, and the Beautiful Ensuite has a steam shower and double sinks on the granite counter top. There is also a cozy gas fireplace in the great room, that is leading to the open concept kitchen, and formal dining room area. The home is very updated with Top of the line everything!
The bus stop 2 blocks away takes you directly to the downtown core within a 10 minute ride, or to Chinook center shopping and movie cinema the opposite direction. Driving downtown takes 3 minutes.

Don't forget the Calgary Stampede in July, the Oil and Gas show in June, Spruce meadows annual shows, and the winter months for the Rocky Mountains and Banff.
