This beautifully decorated condo is a vacationer's dream come true. With breathtaking sunsets and eye-opening sunrises, you'll never want to leave the deck. The floor plan is very spacious and offers beachfront views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Kid-friendly, with baskets of toys and play-things in the unit.
For complete relaxation, sit around the pool and sun-bathe or take a stroll on the beach via the community boardwalk. This condo is completely furnished and fully stocked. It also offers an elevator for the stair-challenged, as well as an open layout which would accommodate a wheel chair. There are outdoor restrooms and an open shower for use after the pool or beach, and an outdoor grill available for use by the pool.
There are only 12 units in this building and very few owners rent out their units, therefore, this will be a very QUIET get away for you and your family. You won't have to worry about crowds or noisy neighbors. The pool and boardwalk areas are for the private use only of the owners and renters at the 'Club at Cape San Blas'.

My family and I enjoyed a week long vacation on the Cape in this beautiful and very spacious condo. It was even better than shown in the pictures. The balcony has an amazing oceanfront view. It was the perfect way to start and end every day! It was a very short and easy walk to the uncrowded beach. We were even able to leave all of our "beach stuff" on the beach overnight, so we didn't have to haul it back and forth. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation! We hope to come back again soon! Thank you Carl and Melinda!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What an amazing place to stay!! So quiet, and an excellent location on the Cape. We have stayed on the Cape for years and this is by far the nicest condo and beach area we have experienced!! We absolutely loved your condo. Very well decorated, extremely comfortable, easy to get around. Beautiful view off the wrap-around porches. Even my elderly parents were able to get around with ease using the elevator and the nice boardwalk on the beach. We will be back next year!!!Did you find this review helpful?
