We are now SOLD OUT for the 2012 rental season.
We only rent to families and the home is smoke-free and pet-free.
This custom town-home was completed in 2006, has four bedrooms, including a private master suite, three full baths, three walk-out decks, and sleeps 10. Our home is in the "Quiet" part of Sea Isle, away from the bustle of the central Promenade, but yet only a 15 minute walk to get there. The outside shower is around the back of the house and there is a private gas grill available for use. Side yard is fenced in for privacy, with eating area and lounge chairs.
Only one short block from the beach and two blocks from the food market, video store, and restaurants. The beach entrance is beautifully landscaped and it is usually one of the least crowded beaches in Sea Isle. We're also just two blocks from "Play by the Bay" where you will find ball fields, tennis and basketball courts and a skate park.
For the rainy days, we supply many games and videos to keep the kids entertained. For the golfers, we're minutes from Shore Gate and Sand Barrens, and twenty minutes from Twisted Dune and Harbor Pines.
Check In: Check In time is Saturday after 3 PM.
Check Out: Check Out time is Saturday 11 AM at the latest.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City
Within driving distance from home, its a great place to escape to for a weekend. The home is a 15 minute walk from the heart of Sea Isle, which makes it a bit quieter, but yet a nice walk along the Promenade and you're in the middle of all of the activity.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Being only a few homes from the beach, the location is awesome. Our kids can spend the mornings at Play by the Bay, and then join us at the beach all afternoon. The fully landscaped beach entrance is regarded as the most beautiful in Sea Isle and the section of the beach is far more family-oriented than the beaches closer to JFK. Fenced-in side yard provides privacy when entertaining outside.

We couldn't have asked for a better home or a better location. so close to the beach we could walk home for the bathroom or for lunch. Kids loved walking for icecream every day. It was also so clean and inviting. I highly recommend this rental that feels more like a home!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great rental property, very clean and spaceous. Kitchen has every thing needed to prepare meals. Gas grill outside is a big plus! Location is excellent. House is walking distance to Acme, CVS and liquour store. The beach at 61st street is less than a 5 minute walk, and the beach itself is far less crowded than others that we saw. Would certainly recommend this property if planning a visit to Sea Isle

Great rental property in an excellent location. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the entire home and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with every appliance you might need! It was a big plus to have three full bathrooms and each bedroom was well appointed. You do have to cross Landis to get to the shore but you are also a block away from all the grocery shopping you might need. The outdoor shower came in very handy for the kids. All in all, we would definitely recommend this property; just don't rent it the same week we want...

My family totally enjoyed our stay here the thrd week in August. The house was perfect in size and well equipped with everything we needed. Proximity to the beach was just a few yards away, very convenient. Owners take a lot of pride in their rental it is obvious.
