This home provides an unforgettable getaway with spectacular unobstruted ocean views, It is located high on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac on 19 acres of land overlooking Playa Guiones.
The Spanish style home is completely furnished with two spacious bedrooms, two full modern baths, vaulted wooden ceilings and tiled floors.
It has a fully-equipped modern kitchen and laundry room. Maid service is available once a week and a full-time gardener maintains the property.
The 7 ft deep pool has an infinity edge and multiple water overlooks. Over 900 square feet of porch and deck as well as a separate ranchito provide unique spaces for outdoor living and relaxation.
The grounds are landscaped to preserve the natural beauty of Costa Rica. They contain multiple fruit and flowering trees as well as several types of orchids. The 900 square foot Italian tiled edgeless pool has a deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It faces due west and provides the venue for truly spectacular evening sunsets. There are unobstructed, panoramic views of both beach and mountains.
Wildlife abounds. Colorful tropical birds, iguanas, as well as howler monkeys that are frequent tree-top visitors provide a great introduction to the uniqueness that is Costa RIca.
The property is only 5 minutes by car to beach, restaurants, grocery stores, yoga centers, and fishing boats. Casa Punta Vista is a perfect, secluded hide-away to relax or to use as a base to explore the Pacific Coast area. Once you are here it will not be easy to leave.
