5 Star Guest Suite in Historic Boulder home located 4-doors down from the "Mork & Mindy House," as featured in the hit ABC TV sitcom. You will be right in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, and be able to walk & bike to everything. No car is needed. Pearl Street is 2 blocks away, and CU Boulder is right up the street. Location, location, location. If you normally stay at The St. Julian or other world class properties, you will really appreciate the warmth of being in this very upscale home on the best street in town. The 1 bedroom guest suite is very private (With your own exclusive entrance) and separate from the rest of the home. It is completely furnished in 5 star luxury. (960 sq. ft). It is very well appointed. The home was constructed in 1900, and has been totally renovated and restored to be architecturally & historically accurate. We are only the 4th owners in 108 years!! This is Boulder at it's best. The home is being considered for a feature article in the magazine,"This Old House".

The guest suite has venetian plaster, reclaimed 150 year old red oak wood floors, 2 fireplaces and a well lit desk area with great storage. Super fast WIFI network throughout. Your private bathroom is everything you would expect, and more. Boulder is a great food town with over a 100 restaurants within walking or biking distance. Or, use the kitchenette in the guest suite which is very well equipped with a Sub-zero refrigerator & freezer, microwave oven + sink & wine cooler, coffee pot & toaster. All dishes, utensils & glassware included. Front loading washer & dryer. Huge closet. The space is perfect for a visiting professor or athlete. Ever thought of moving to Boulder? This is a perfect way to get started. Pearl Street is 2 blocks away.....

Everything is inclusive. The guest suite is fully furnished with everything you will need to make you comfortable, including Great linens & towels, new furniture & queen sized bed. As well there is a queen sized pull out sofa that is perfect for a second couple, or children. The family room side & the guest suite are divided by French doors that close for privacy to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The location is great to ride the cruiser bikes provided and park the car. Relax in front of the fireplace and make this your home while in Boulder. The space was architecturally designed and furnished to feel like a luxurious suite in a 5 Star hotel, with all the warmth & amenities of a private home.

  • I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we had a wonderful time in your home. We are still talking about it everyday with anyone who will listen. It felt like being in a home of a friend. We knew we were coming to a nice place but it went so much above & beyond. The guest suite is so private. We could come and go and we wished and all of Boulder was right at our door. Thanks for use of the bikes. We were able to cook and eat in at the dining table. Everything we could have possibly desired was within easy reach for us. Extra towels, blankets, pillows. Toiletries. To sit by the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine was divine. It was hard to leave. Thank-you.

  • Fantastic Stay. You never quite know what your going to get sometimes when you show up at a vacation rental. Not here. Great location in the best neighborhood in town. Super super nice and the guest suite was huge !! I am always reluctant to send a check to a stranger buy did not have to because they took out Visa card and made it very professional to book with them . Great system. Everything was turn key. We have stayed at The St. Julian for $350 a night in a suite and it had nothing on this property. Total privacy.

  • Superior accommodations in every way. I came to Boulder for a yoga retreat and my stay could not have gone better. This space was a complete retreat for me for 9 days. The location is right in the heart of Boulder and I was able to use one of the bikes to discover this wonderful town. I arrived with one bag and everything I could have possibly desired was there for me. Every women will love this bathroom!! I read by the fireplace, made friends at the coffee shops and loved every minute. Not often to you get to come to a new town, stay in a million dollar home and feel so welcome. Thank-you so much

  • It's hard to describe how nice this residence is. This is a world class home in every way. We were blown away by the level of detail put into this amazing renovation. I am an architect and the quality of the "Fit & Finish" is as good as it gets. The architect, Eric Murray has my compliments. The layout is of a suite in a fine hotel. Hand made cabinetry - Colorado Limestone - Venetian plaster. 150 year old reclaimed floors. Fine furnishings. The space is almost 1000 sq. feet. This beats a hotel in every way.   • My husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Top rated. I wanted to add a comment because I left in a hurry and forgot my jewelry case. There were priceless heirlooms in the satchel as well as a gold Rolex. The entire flight back to New York, I could not recall if I had packed the satchel or not. To find upon landing at JFK a voice mail from Richard was such a relief. He mailed the package and even insured the entire contents. Above & beyond..... Sylvia & Edward
