5 Star Guest Suite in Historic Boulder home located 4-doors down from the "Mork & Mindy House," as featured in the hit ABC TV sitcom. You will be right in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, and be able to walk & bike to everything. No car is needed. Pearl Street is 2 blocks away, and CU Boulder is right up the street. The 1 bedroom guest suite is very private (With your own exclusive entrance) and separate from the rest of the home. It is completely furnished in 5 star luxury. (960 sq. ft). It is very well appointed. The home was constructed in 1900, and has been totally renovated and restored to be architecturally & historically accurate. We are only the 4th owners in 108 years!! This is Boulder at it's best. The home is being considered for a feature article in the magazine,"This Old House".

The guest suite has venetian plaster, reclaimed 150 year old red oak wood floors, 2 fireplaces and a well lit desk area with great storage. Super fast WIFI network throughout. Your private bathroom is everything you would expect, and more. Boulder is a great food town with over a 100 restaurants within walking or biking distance. Or, use the kitchenette in the guest suite which is very well equipped with a Sub-zero refrigerator & freezer, microwave oven + sink & wine cooler, coffee pot & toaster. All dishes, utensils & glassware included. Front loading washer & dryer. Huge closet. The space is perfect for a visiting professor or athlete. Ever thought of moving to Boulder? This is a perfect way to get started. Pearl Street is 2 blocks away.....

Everything is inclusive. The guest suite is fully furnished with everything you will need to make you comfortable, including Great linens & towels, new furniture & queen sized bed. As well there is a queen sized pull out sofa that is perfect for a second couple, or children. The family room side & the guest suite are divided by French doors that close for privacy to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The location is great to ride the cruiser bikes provided and park the car. Relax in front of the fireplace and make this your home while in Boulder. The space was architecturally designed and furnished to feel like a luxurious suite in a 5 Star hotel, with all the warmth & amenities of a private home.

  • The guest suite was perfect for my mother and I. We were visiting my son and with his schedule for school and work we were still able to walk to Pearl Street and keep ourselves busy without having a car available. The guest suite itself was beautiful and was a great place to relax. With the arrival of an early snow we were able to turn on the fireplace and read and hang out. I would highly recommend Richard and Kelly's guest suite!

We have a young child and were happy to find so many kid-friendly activities so close by (park, the Pearl street mall, etc). The accommodations were perfect - quiet, spacious and comfortable. I grew up in North Boulder and never experienced Boulder as well as I did on this trip!

  • My family came to Boulder for a wedding and had the good fortune to find this outstanding property online. The 4 of us were welcomed by the owners with open arms. It was like coming to town to stay with a friend in their guest cottage. The owners have a landmark home fully renovated with every amenity and luxury right there for you.   • We had the most pleasant time in this charming Boulder home. My husband and I came for a conference at The University of Colorado - Boulder, where he was giving a speech. We were able to walk right up 17th St. to the campus daily. We had stayed at hotels in the past but decided to try something different. It was so much better to stay in a private home with the ambiance & tranquillity. The guest suite was wonderful. We had a private bath & entrance with everything we needed. Most pleasant.   • WE had a wonderful visit to Boulder and stayed at Richard & Kelly's home. It's hard to add anything more than what has already has been said - except how thoughtful and considerate they were in assisting us. All our e-mails and phone calls were promptly returned. They offered us suggestions and directions and even borrowed us their GPS to go to Denver for a show. Richard programmed our location and it brought us right to the theater. We hit one button after the show, and this little gizmo guided us right back to Boulder. Finally, their location 2 blocks from Pearl Street could not be better. The Mapleton neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. We appreciated everything they did in making our 1st visit to Boulder a memorable one.
