This stylish, luminous and quiet apartment is located on the 4th (and last)floor of an elevator building.
The apartment offers one really pleasant living space with a bright and peaceful salon and an adjacent den (which can serve as an additional bedroom). It offers a clear view and overlooks small private gardens.
On the other side is a comfortable bedroom (king size bed or 2 twins), a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and breakfast area for 4. The spacious bathroom has been designed for a spa atmosphere and offers an oversize fixed showerhead as well as a large bathtub and a hand shower unit.

We went to Paris with our two children (Ages 11 & 13) in August. This was the perfect Apartment for us in a perfect and safe location. This is a one bedroom with a den that has a daybed, perfect for two, with a door to close. Basically it was a two bedroom apartment. Very convenient to rue Mouffetard, which is perfect for shopping, eating, markets! Conveniently located right behind the Pantheon, this also provides you a landmark. The apartment is very well equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We used both. Very convenient. Very quiet neighborhood and the front door has a key code, so you felt very secure in the building. The owner met us there promptly upon check-in and showed us how to use everything. This was great! This was a very pleasant time of year as the temperature was a pleasant 65 degrees. I would highly recommend this apartment and welcome my next visit back to it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

J’ai séjourné sur la rue Laromiguière pendant 5 semaines et j’ai adoré cet appartement ! Il est lumineux ,confortable, et contient toutes les commodités nécessaire à la vie quotidienne. Décoré avec gout ,cet appartement est situé dans une rue très calme , ce qui vous permettra de dormir en toute tranquilité! J’espère qu’à mon prochain séjour à Paris je le retrouverai !!
