This beautiful 4,500 square foot home is situated right on Big Beach in the quaint fishing village and resort town of Ucluelet. The house is very tastefully furnished along with original artwork from local artists. All rooms in the house have spectacular views of the ocean.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, plus a sleeping loft. 3 Bedrooms have their own en suites, plus there is an additional full bathroom upstairs. All bathrooms have heated floors. The main master bedroom has a king-sized bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV, separate powder area, walk-in closet, en suite with soaker tub, another fireplace, Italian tile, deluxe shower for two with a rainfall showerhead, and the finest fixtures. The two master suites, both with king-sized beds, have French doors that open onto a deck facing the ocean. The sleeping loft has 6 single beds, perfect for kids or singles.
On the main floor, the kitchen, which was designed by a 5 star chef, is equipped with the finest stainless steel appliances. There are double wall ovens, a 6 burner gas cook top, two dishwashers, a warming oven, a wine cooler and refrigerator. There are granite countertops and gorgeous custom cabinetry throughout. The dining room is surrounded by ocean views from every position, and features a custom 12 foot long table. On the other side of the 3 sided fireplace is the open-concept living room. The entertainment room has theatre lighting, and leather couches. There is a bar with a fridge, and cabinets full of movies and games. This room has a big screen TV and the stereo system. Additionally on the main floor you will find a powder room, large laundry room with all the necessities, and an office with wireless high speed internet connection.
Outside there is a huge deck with lots of seating to enjoy the amazing views. You can relax in the 10 person hot tub, or BBQ your catch of the day on the gourmet stainless steel BBQ.
