Le Paradis de Magda
First class new luxury ocean front condominium located at about 20 minutes from the International airport of Huatulco, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, South of Acapulco, in the state of Oaxaca. The condominium is located in a gated community on the hillside of Punta Santa Cruz. This condo is on the highest point of the complex commanding a spectacular view of the harbor and the beach of Santa Cruz. The living room and three of the bedrooms have the privilege of facing this magnificent panorama. From there, you can enjoy watching the sailboats and the impressive cruise ships come and go, the wonderful sunrises and romantic sunsets, an ever changing sight. While sipping a tropical drink relaxing on a lounge or rocking chair on the spacious patio you’ll never want to leave!
In the back, the fourth bedroom faces the charming Chahue district and the Sierra Madre Mountain range which, in the mornings and evenings, with soft colored powered clouds, looks like a beautiful Japanese painting...
The condo is 2100 square feet (195.50 square meters) with 4 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and two others with a combination of queen and individual beds and can accommodate easily 8 persons. Linens are provided. The master bedroom has a bamboo bed decorated with a mosquito net for ambiance, and all the sleeping quarters have lots of closet space and a big individual marble bathroom each with shower. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the place and a gentle breeze that will cool you naturally. The unit is smoke free and doesn’t allow pets.
The ample cedar cupboard in the dining room is great for storage and is complemented by an elegant table for 8. You will be very comfortable in the leather sofa to watch cable TV or videos on the big flat screen, to listen to music or have an informal conversation with your family and friends. There is also internet access in the unit and in the various internet cafes in town.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge refrigerator and ice maker, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a juicer, a coffee maker, all the utensils, dishes and glassware and next to it is the laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
A lot of effort and attention has been invested in the decoration of this beautiful condo, ideal for good times, fun and relaxation…
The pool of the complex is one flight down and can be seen from the patio. The building is 3 stories high, the condo is on the second floor and accessible by elevator or stairs.
The beach of Santa Cruz, with its variety of restaurants and shops, Chahue with its new beach club and spa, as well as the main town of la Crucecita are at about 15 minutes walking distance or you can take a taxi for a flat rate of 16 pesos within a 4 miles range. Beyond that, taxis are still an economical way to get around and for longer excursions, you can negotiate prices with the taxi drivers or rent a car and go and explore the Bays of Conejos, La Entrega, El Maguey. Or visit Tangolunda with its beautiful hotels and entertainment or some of the 35 other pristine beaches stretched on the nine different bays in this ecological, beautiful and preserved area of Huatulco.
Naturally, all the water sports are at your disposal : swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, boating, waterskiing, parasailing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, kayaking, rafting and fishing. On land, you can go walking, biking, mountain biking, horseback riding or simply play tennis or try the magnificent and renownd 18 hole golf course. If you want to stay in shape, the fitness center has different programs or else just treat yourself to an array of beauty products and sessions at the spa in Chahue to relax completely and benefit from your time off.
In the quaint town of La Crucecita, you will find a very convenient new big supermarket, only 10 minutes away from the condo as well as the Red Cross and the Naval Hospital if necessary. There are also several shops and boutiques, colorful markets for your souvenirs, many restaurants, some discos, a beautiful church, a park with its traditional kiosk, weaving demonstrations and to top it all, “La Probadita” where you get to taste different local specialties like quesillo, mole,“chapulines” (grasshoppers) and the delicious creams of mezcal made from the maguey plant.
In other words, activities are endless in Huatulco and there will never be a dull moment…or you can opt to do simply nothing! The choice is entirely up to you, so go and enjoy your vacation!
