Our three waterfront Florida condos sit directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Dunedin Florida, and there’s plenty to do while you’re here!
Relax: Lounge on your patio or balcony and listen to the waves, watch the waterfowl or catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming past.
Fish: Hook snook, trout, redfish and more right off the property.
Bike: Bikes are included in your reservation! Ride them along the Pinellas Trail, which has miles and miles of scenic paths all along the coast and through historic downtown areas. Ride them (or take a 1-minute drive) to Honeymoon Island, a Florida State Park with nature trails, long stretches of white sand, and even a dog beach! We offer a free pass to Honeymoon Island, as well, which is an $8 value every time you go to the park.
Kayak: Kayaks are also included in your reservation! Take a trip across the cove to Caladesi Island, which boasts pristine kayak trails through Florida's mangroves, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S.
Shop: Dunedin's historic downtown area boasts quaint shops, art galleries and hometown bistros with delicious food for your enjoyment.
Golf: Two beautiful public courses at The Dunedin Country Club and St. Andrew's Links offer all the golfing you can handle.

Why the Owner Chose Dunedin
Chuck, Terrie, Matt and I chose to purchase Nautical Landings for a variety of reasons.
First, the view from our fourplex is simply the best in Dunedin. The patios on our two first-floor condos are literally twenty feet from the Gulf of Mexico. Our guests see dolphin, pelicans, manatees, and other aquatic life all the time. Plus, you can fish directly off our brand new 80' boat dock for snook, redfish, and more. You just can't do that when your patio is situated on the sand.
But if you DO want the sand, our condos are just a hop away from Honeymoon Island and its white sandy beaches. It's a one-minute drive or a quick bike ride until you're burying your toes, building sandcastles, or playing in the surf.
When Matt and I or Chuck and Terrie want a vacation, we don't book rooms at a hotel or travel to another state. We don't have to. We pack, and take the easy drive to our beautiful condos. There's no other place we'd rather be!

My business partners are my devastatingly handsome husband, Matt, who does the finances around here, and my good friends, Chuck and Terrie, who not only own the majority of the property, but maintain it, and will be taking you and your family out on one of our famous weekend sunset cruises.
Together, we make up the Nautical Landings Crew. We're passionate about the Gulf Coast, Dunedin, and our condos. Our job is to keep you happy, and that's exactly what we do.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much we loved staying at your place! It was absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed it. We are planning on doing it again next year and bringing more of the family so I will let you know ahead of time so maybe we can get a couple of your units so we can all be together. My brother enjoyed his stay also at Sheila’s place and really loved the town of Dunedin. Thanks so much for your help and hope to see you next year!
