Wake up to the sun & sky of South Beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely Art Deco building. Don't worry about the walk home after partying at night or clubbing - the South Beach are of Ocean Drive is rather short, and we're at the quiet end, on the corner of 5th Ave. and Ocean Drive - 530 Ocean Dr.
We're on the 2nd floor, looking sideways, so not exposed to the hustle and bustle of 24-hour Ocean Drive. We call it the models' studio, because they really do request it, as they can get their beauty sleep. One huge king bed, two single pull-out couches.
Walk thru our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator. People watch! We have a beautiful courtyard, and there is a new restaurant on the sidewalk just to the right of the building on the sidewalk- Bellini's where my guests get a full breakfast for $5. Maya Tapas at the bottom of the building has wonderful live music and a cuban restaurant that offers 20% off to my guests. TGIF is just to the right of that restaurant. Free valet service for one car for your entire stay!
Airy and bright! One huge king bed, 2 full pullout sleepers, lots of space. One beautiful bathroom. Wi-Fi. Cable TV (big flat screen), oven, frig, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, laundry facility. Terms are half up front and half a month ahead. You can use the Savoy pool on the beach (1/2 block away) for a small fee.
ps - I own three other studios and three other 2 bedrooms in the building if you have a larger group! Free valet parking...by the way! Terms are half up front and half a month ahead. The rooftop pool at the Casanova Suites, just next door, is free for my guests- only guests allowed.. Robin

Why the Owner Chose Barbizon
We bought in this location firstly because the location is right on the beach in South Beach, in a quieter area with a park across the street. The location can't be beat. The purpose to buy was for investment, to generate income for my family. I've been managing properites in Crested Butte Colorado for years, and thought it would be nice to do the same thing closer to home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Well, it's South Beach! The beach is right in front of you, and most of my condos have great views. South Beach is all around you too, with the restaurants and nightlife. Collins Ave. is 1 block east, with all its shops of international fame. Try sitting in a sidewalk cafe and people watch for awhile. There's so much to do just walking around...Robin!

I stayed at this Barbizon studio from October 4-7 and the accommodations were the reason we had the best vacation ever! The location is ideal, close to everything but not as noisy as other blocks on Ocean Drive. The building is beautiful with tropical gardens greeting you at the entrance. The unit is clean, well maintained and spacious (compared to other Art Deco buildings in Miami), quiet, beautifully decorated and the beds great! The pull out sofa(s) are easy to convert into a very comfortable bed. Helena makes sure guests have everything they need! They even provide an umbrella, cooler and beach towels. It is clear that the owner and management want guests to fully enjoy their vacation. The kitchen was well equipped to cook or heat up leftovers from the world-famous restaurants on Ocean Drive. The flat screen TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan and everything worked perfectly. The elevators were prompt too, which never happens in historic buildings. Thank you Robin, Ray and Helena for renting us this beautiful condo. They are a great management team and easy to work with. We can't wait to return to the Barbizon in South Beach! We had an excellent time & the studio was so cute & so conveniently located!! We walked right out & were on south beach in no time & spent every evening walking up ocean drive for the excitement. Helina was very helpful & even got us checked in super early, which made our stay even better! Thanks for making our 1st visit to Miami Beach so memorable!
