I want to say THANK YOU very much for your prompt request when we asked for a refund being in the obligation to cancell our reservation. You did not ask for any explanation and we quikly received the amount we had sent less a day as mentioned in the contract. We surely appreciated your honesty and will think remember your place if we go back to Playa del Carmen. Everything from the beginning went smoothly.. The landlord gave me all the details and explained quite fairly all the aspects of the property so that when I arrived, I exactly knew what was waiting for me... It is obvious that if you are looking for a 5 stars hotel standard, this is not for you... but if you want to stay in a homey, clean and human sized place, just do not hesitate.. I had everything I needed and I cannot find anything that should be improved.. The equipment is nothing fancy but I needed no more, I could cook when I wanted, have a nice rest when needed, A/C was much appreciated.. I really felt safe and home there... This is not the 5th avenue, but this is not what I was looking for.. The real good surprise was the house keeper, she was always ready and eager to help and give useful pieces of advice, where to go, what to do and there is not a day on which she was not asking how much I enjoyed my day,how I was and how she could help; she really feels concerned about her tenants... to speak Spanish was a great help but she uses online translator to help you when you ask for something in case you just speak English.. She cleaned the apartment even more than she was meant to do and was just here in case you need... A great value apt, I'll go back next month and I can't wait so long... An experience that was really worth living!! You will just feel home and enjoy your stay here, with great people in an apartment that is just the best deal you will ever find... fairly priced, comfortable, clean, safe... what could we need more? I am still wondering... I just had good surprises and really enjoin you to go there... By 10 15mn walk from the beach, I enjoyed an area where you live with Mexican people, where you have great local restaurants and all shops you can expect... I really felt sad to live as after a couple of days, you think you have always been there and known the people around you... To be welcomed this way was unexpected... In conclusion, to miss this opportunity would be a pity you would not forgive yourself: easy, honest and nice people helping you to have the best time you can in an apartment where I could live almost forever... I would really like to have negative aspects to point out to give a fair comment but after looking for, I just cannot find any... It is perfect for people looking for something authentic, with everything that is essential... I am pretty sure if I had needed anything that was not in the apartment, it would have
