This beautiful and homey decorated 2200 square foot, three story townhouse is located on the 1st fairway of the Classic Golf Course and walking distance to the main cross country trails and ski hills.
The townhouse is modern and fully equipped with cable and free Wi-Fi is available. There are three TV's including a brand new 45' flat screen HD TV in the family room and a DVD.
The upstairs master bedroom has another TV, full master bath and a walk in closet.
The basement bedroom has two beds, a futon and sofa.
It also has also has a TV with a full bathroom and is a great place for the kids.
The rear patio/deck has a BBQ gas grill a six foot round patio table with umbrella. It overlooks a par 5 green.
There is also a community fire pit within walking distance and a heated outdoor pool year round.
We can accommodate 10-13 comfortably.
This townhouse is only 2 miles east of US 75 and 1 mile from downtown Gaylord. It is located in the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Golf Digest rated it as the top 5 golf destinations in America.
It is only 7 miles from the world famous Tree Tops golf resort and 1/2 hour from Garland resort. For skiers, the condo is located at the Otsego Ski resort and Boyne Mountain is only 20 minutes away. For family fun, Macinaw Island is only 1 hour away and you can pick from 4 casinos as close as 1/2 hour away.

Brought the entire family up to Dan's condo and it was a fabulous weekend. The condo was very neat and spacious. There were 9 of us (8 adults, 1 grandson) and we didnt even use one of the bedrooms. Nice, big flat screen TV above the fireplace with plenty of channels for your viewing pleasure. This Otsego Club condo is 5 minutes away from Treetops (extreme tubing) and 2 minutes away from downtown Gaylord. You also can ski right on site at the Otsego club. Dan is a great host and works to ensure you have a memorable visit. I highly recommend this clean, spacious condo where you can truly appreciate Northern Michigan at its finest, winter or summer! Thanks again Dan!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I apologize for taking so long in writing...I guess if you have a great experience you are less likely to write a review, but that doesn't do anything for the "great" experiences. I rented this condo for a girls getaway in mid November for myself and 5 other girls. It was perfect. We do a lot of shopping and game playing in the evenings. We don't eat out when we go away, so the kitchen and dining room worked out great for all of our meals. We also play a lot of cards and dominos, and the dining room table worked out great for that. Having some music, a little fire in the fireplace, cocktails and games - what more could a group of girls ask for?? Dan, you were so accommodating, letting us take a look at the place in person before we even committed to renting. Then checking in with me to make sure everything was in order once we got there. We all loved the condo and will for sure be contacting you again next year. Thanks so much for a great place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Very reasonable for price! EVERYTHING was there. Gas BBQ a bonus! Interior well spaced out and private! Easy access to all attractions! Be prepared to wake up at 6am sharp in the summer... that's what time they cut the adjacent fareway! Should be up anyway! lolRecommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

Perfect for a family or even 2 families to share. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Owner is friendly and accommodating . Located on Otsego SKi & Golf Club property and close to Boyne Mountain. This is our third year staying at this location. Always recommend it to friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed this condo on the golf course. It was very comfortable and gave us easy access to many other golf courses in the area. Also, it is located in a wonderful area if you want to go out for a walk. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: My wife and I are both from Michigan and love to vacation in northern Michigan. We are both avid golfers and enjoy the great variety of golf courses Michigan has to offer. We are also the owners of The Legacy by Arthur Hills, a great golf course in southern Michigan. My wife is a registered nurse in a local hospital in Toledo, Ohio and I am a retired fire fighter. I also enjoy skiing at both the Otsego Ski Resort and Boyne Mountain. Thanks for checking out our home in Gaylord Michigan. I'm sure you will find very comfortable for your vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Gaylord:
We traveled to Gaylord on golfing trips quite often because of all the great courses in the area. We stayed at the Otsego Club many times and always enjoyed it here. When the new townhouses where being built at the Founders Village, we decided it was time for our own vacation home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are 30-40 golf courses within a 1/2 hours drive with many only a few minutes away. There is skiing on site as well as Boyne Mountain only 1/2 hour away. There are a couple of casinos near by and Mackinaw Island and Traverse City are only a 50 minute drive. And don't forget the spectacular fall colors. It is also a very easy drive up US 75.
